With a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and staff that deliver the highest standard of service with a smile, you can't help but walk away feeling full, contented and ready to start the day whether you tackle the Daddy bear breakfast or brunch with the Eggs Benedict.

Not a morning person? Then the evenings are just for you, a great selection of pre constructed burgers or if you prefer, construct and name one of your own.

I can't recommend highly enough to those that haven't experienced Mumma bears how much you should.... but you really should!

We have been here a couple times in the evening and always had great food. We thought we would come during the day and tried their brunch and it didn't disappoint. Always great food and excellent service. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

There's a great choice of breakfasts - we particularly liked the 'pick n mix' idea so we could choose our favourites. The Blueberry pancakes were incredibly good too! Great choice of food, cooked to perfection, lovely friendly staff and really good value for money.

Thank you very much for what we all agreed was the best meal out we have enjoyed in a really long time. I have quite a few dietary avoidances, not to mention that you won't meet many fussier eaters. I was so impressed to find that the menu is exciting and so flexible. Bespoke eating at its best, in our opinion! I don't think we've ever eaten anywhere else and all had clean plates at the end! As if that weren't enough, not only are the people here absolutely lovely, but the coffee... the difference between the coffee here and that from any mainstream coffee shop you could mention, is about the same step up as that between mainstream coffee and instant. If you're in Bude, I'd really recommend eating here!

My partner and I decided to have breakfast out with out son on our last day in Bude. We decided to try mamma bears and so glad we did.



My son did a create your own breakfast which he loved and also ate all of as he only has on his plate what he wanted.



My partner and I also cleared out plates, both saying that it was the nicest breakfast we had tasted.



The food was hot, not greasy, tasty and well presented.



The service was also as good as the food. I only wanted the white of an egg as I don't like yolks and they happily obliged. Nothing was too much trouble.



It was also spotlessly clean and had a really lovely decor.

The awesome new owners have saved it, and then some. A gorgeous wee cafe, with delicious food, friendly staff, and all in all a lovely Sunday brunch.



Happy to say we'll be back, again and again. I'm so glad we gave it another chance. A fabulous spot for a lazy weekend breakfast!!

Found this place by chance whilst on holiday in Bude this week. Had a lovely meal early evening with our two young children who couldn't have been made more welcome. Tasty food, huge portions and really friendly staff - what a find!

Found this gem on our last day of a family holiday. Received a warm welcome as we stepped through the door, great selection of breakfast options including a create your own option. Food and drinks were delicious and would definitely visit again. Staff were friendly and gave great service

First time at Mumma Bears and it was amazing, the staff were so friendly and made sure they gave us the best customer service even though they were both rushed off their feet, and the environment was really chilled and laid back and to top it all off the food was absolutely amazing. The design your own burger is a great idea and I'll definetly be going back to try many other burgers. Would definetly recommend for anyone

A rare evening out for my husband and I; I’m a local girl - remember many times with mates when it was Annes Corner House!

Loved the concept; husband loved his meal!

Being a bit fussy myself, I’m not a big meat eater and explained to the waitress who greeted us that I need low sugar. I asked for a cocktail, and she said she could prepare a lower sugar one for me- great. The waiter took our drinks order and I asked for a lower sugar cocktail and he responded with no, we can’t do that.

I asked if I could order 2 sides and a house salad? He looked at me blankly and said “we don’t do house salad”

I ended up ordering a vegan burger (ok, but a bit soggy) just so I could have salad! We ordered the 3 sides for £12 too so I could have the items I’d looked forward to.

Obviously there was far too much food, it was pretty nice, but when we paid (after sitting there without being asked for coffee or deserts) the waiter commented on how much we had ordered!!!
