Looking for childcare? We have 2 lovely settings for children aged 0-14years. Our nursery Munchkins is set in beautiful countryside offering daily care for children aged 0-5. We also have an 'Outstanding' Out of School Club based in Howden, Maxi's cater for children before + after school along with full days in the school holidays for children aged 3-14. Maxi's Holiday Club With the holidays just round the corner we thought we'd let you know about all our exciting activities for the 6 Week Holidays! We are planning some trips out during the holidays, when we have set a date and place we will let everyone know. Maxi's Out of School Club will be at Howden Infants School Open Evening! Does your child start Nursery Class or Howden Infants in September? Maxi's offer lots of varied sessions, from before and after school care to funded preschool sessions including Nursery class pick ups and drop offs! Why not come and see us tonight in the hall at Howden Infants. We will be there from 5pm until 6.30pm

We moved to the area in February and I couldn't be happier with Munchkins Day Nursery for my 2 year old William. He absolutely LOVES it here and has settled in so quickly. All of the staff are fantastic and I can assure you that your little ones are in very safe hands. They have always gone above and beyond for us when we have any questions. :)

My son has been at Munchkins for 9 weeks now and really enjoys his days there. He’s always happy when I leave him in the morning and never in a rush to leave when I pick him up. The staff are all very friendly and I feel confident leaving him as I know that he’s in good hands. Thank you.

My daughter attends Munchkins and absolutely loves it, she has settled so well. All the girls are amazing, Sally & Jenny especially - your patience is incredible, I know how she can test it even though she adores you both. The setting is perfect with everything on offer and I'm really glad we found you. I would highly recommend Munchkins to anyone looking for a 'home from home'

My daughter Rosie ( aged 7) went to Munchkins from 11mths till she started school, and she loved every minute of it and I always felt happy knowing she was being well looked after. She now goes to Maxis and has the best time ever, she never seems in a rush to come home when I go to collect her. The staff at both Maxis and Munchkins are the best, I cannot thank them enough for all they do, they are a great team.
