Realy good place has most things

i dropped off a Parcel for UPS collection on a Tuesday which i had difficulty tracking, so the following Saturday i contacted UPS to investigate. I also rang the garage who told me my parcel had been collected. On Monday UPS told me the garage had problems with their parcel scanner so i visited in person and was told my parcel had been collected that day there was no problem, when i complained that it had taken six days he just laughed. i complained about the service to UPS and they told me they had this problem before. Dishonest disgraceful, avoid at all cost. Have only given one star because it won't let give none
