Muscle Care is run by Warren, who studied at the Oxford School of Sports Massage and qualified with a BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage. As a Sports Massage Therapist, he has succesfully treated numerous GB Age Group Triathletes, rock climbers, football players as well as non-sporting individuals who are just suffering from the stresses of day-to-day life.

Warren is a keen triathlete, having completed his first Ironman race in 2011 in Bolton, UK. Triathlon is what led him to study Sports Massage and it is Sports Massage that has helped him to maintain the amount of training required to compete in triathlon
