Muse Portraits

The lovely people at Kaleidoscope Framing have used one of my portraits again this year to promote their new frame range.
I think it looks fab (and the frame isn't half bad either!)

Historical re-enactment (any era, though Napoleonic would be great!)... Cosplay Anyone in the uniformed services who has service dress/mess uniform Scouts/Girl Guides/Cadets etc.

As a new parent, I can't imagine the pain of losing a child to a brain tumour. Recently I was very moved to read about a young man called Thomas who passed away when he was 4. His mum has created a specially named fund in his memory to promote research into CNS tumours.
I'd like to help raise some funds for this research and need your help.

She was a little bit shy to start with (like most of us!), but she soon got into her stride and crushed it with some amazing portraits!

Tweens Wanted For Amazing Photo Project!
Babies are so cute, new and chubby. Toddlers have those big, bright eyes and lets face it, they just do the funniest things. But those tween ages are often forgotten. At ages 10-12, kids aren't children anymore but aren't quite teens.
I am starting the "Who I am" photography project to fill in the forgotten photo years while enriching the lives of tweens. The main goal is to make tweens look and feel beautiful and be confident in who t...hey are.

It'll be great to have this portrait still when he's far to big to hold in my arms. Even now a month or so later he's grown so much :D

We were all treated really well with upmost respect, my daughter who received the shoot was treated really well made to feel really welcome and comfortable, she thoroughly enjoyed her shoot it was a fantastic memorable experience for her and we were so pleased with the finished images. Thank you

We just had a baby face session for our 1 year old daughter Evangeline. Alex was amazing with her before, during and after the shoot. We went back today to look at our photos and were amazed at the beauty of them. We can't wait to receive them back and would recommend muse portraits to all.

We had a fabulous time with Alex when we recently had a photo shoot at his studio. He had a lovely manner with our daughter and unequivocally drew the very best out of her. We were hugely impressed both by his technical knowledge of his art as well as the imagination and sense of creative invention which he exuded. His untiring patience and palpable passion for his work brought about some outstanding results in the final photos and we were absolutely spoilt for choice when it came to selecting the shots to buy.

My teen daughter and her friend had such a relaxed and fun shoot with Alex at the studio. He was such a lovely guy and made them very relaxed and comfortable. Teens can be tricky as they are very self concious but he totally helped them chill and I am positive this will be reflected in the pictures - thank you Alex.

My son Louis and I attended a test shoot with Alex this week. Alex was relaxed but fun and allowed Louis to be himself rather than forced poses and smiles. He tried out numerous styles and techniques in a non-rushed manner and the results have been spectacular; really refreshing unique images that we love. Highly recommend.

My daughter had a lovely dance photo shoot with Alex. She felt at ease straight away. He is inspiring and creative and we can’t wait to see the photographs! Thank you so much x

My daughter Olivia took took part in the who am I project for 10-12 year olds and she really enjoyed her photoshoot. She was made to feel at ease by Alex's laid back but very professional nature, she also enjoyed going to look at the slideshow of the pictures especially the surprise quotes that myself, my husband and my mum had done it really put a big smile on her face. We made our order and are now really looking forward to collecting the finished pieces. Would definitely recommend Alex to others and will be going back for a family photoshoot very soon .

My 14 year old daughter recently had a photo shoot with Alex. She went there quite hesitant and a little reluctant but was quickly at ease and really enjoyed her shoot.

The photographs Alex produced were lovely with lots of different styles to choose from. Alex was also really patient in the viewing helping us to make out final choices from all those lovely photos!

I would highly recommend Alex and Muse Portraits.

My 12 year old daughter Gracie had a fabulous and very fun day out with Alex Kilbee at his Muse Studios... Alex made Gracie feel incredibly comfortable straight away and he really got her involved in every stage of the shoot! Alex has so many creative ideas - we could have gone on all day (and nearly did :)!). A very professionally run studio with a very talented photographer at the helm = thoroughly recommend.

Just had a maternity shoot with Alex and can highly recommend! I am NOT good with photos at the best of times, but Alex is very good at creating a relaxed atmosphere and his great natural talent is displayed in the images produced.

I can not begin to describe how incredibly talented Alex is, and looking at some of the work at Muse Portraits I'm sure every one can agree with me. In my photoshoot I felt at ease from the very beginning. I love the fact that we can both have an idea of what we want and then when seeing the actual picture it is better that ever. I had so much fun in the studio and cant wait to have another go :))

I came runner-up in a competition to win a photoshoot with Muse Portraits. My experience was amazing! Alex was lovely to do a shoot with and I had a great time.



We experimented with different outfits and scenery and the outcome was amazing! I had the best time and everything in the studio was so clean and tidy.

Highly recommend Alex. I took advantage of the dog trust offer and wow the photos he took were amazing. Alex is very patient especially as Dogs never sit still especially Leo my dog. I will definitely be using Alex again for future photography. Loved the photos he took and wanted to buy them all. Will cherish the photos I got of Leo forever.

Hannah (12) has thoroughly enjoyed her experience with Alex. He is a wonderfully, creative professional and Hannah was totally at ease with him in the photo shoot. He explained and discussed his ideas with Hannah and she felt involved. We have been today to choose our photos, from an amazing collection of beautiful ballet inspired' works of art'. Hannah and I are beyond delighted with the results. XX

Had a wonderful time on the box shoot! Made us feel very relaxed. The final product has captured our quirky little families personalities perfectly. The photos of my 4 year old are absolutely incredible. I highly recommend and will be going again in the future!

Alex was extremely patient with my 18 month old and 4 year old, even booking an extra session to try and get some better photos as first attempts were a bit of a disaster! Truly beautiful photos, nicely capturing my two cheeky chappies. Very personable, patient and understanding. Will definitely use again � thank you Alex!
