Looking forward to the last of the Museum Detectives children's workshops at the Dugdale this Thursday. I've met some lovely people and great kids keen to get stuck in and create. There are 2 sessions for learning about and making replica WW2 medals, 10.30-12.00 and 1.00-2.30 and it's such good value at only £6! See you there! 🎨👣

Fascinating insight from Wrights the Flour Millers about a phrase introduced in WWII. Find out more about #EnfieldAtWar in our exhibition at The Dugdale Centre running all this year.
P.s. did you know the Wrights are Enfield’s oldest food business with their historic mill in Ponders End. They are also our flour supplier at En_Food Cafe at the Dugdale Centre. #SupportLocalBusiness #SustainableEnfield #HistoricEnfield
