Reviews
Mabel McVey credited the role of her manager [Northbrook MET Music Business graduate] Radha Medar in her ascent.
“I wouldn’t be where I am without her," she said. "Sometimes it takes somebody else to believe in you before you believe in yourself and she was that person for me. Musically, I hadn’t really worked it out and having a manager that is so gifted musically – she used to be in A&R [at Asylum Records] – is priceless.” http://www.musicweek.com/…/i-m-so-ready -for-people-t…/076532
Looking forward to reading how Radha Medar, Mabel's manager, genius music business strategist and our ex-student on the Music Business & Management BA Top Up masterminded the achievement of Mabel's international superstardom. http://www.musicweek.com/…/new-edition- of-music-week…/076499
7 years ago: huts and metal boxes. We miss the people in the photo (hi Chris Cohen) the but working in our suite of specially designed air-conditioned recording studios is definitely better than the metal boxes of T Block. It was still brilliant though.
When you have your own theatre, ingenious staff and students on call, bands like Crayola Lectern drop by to make remarkable videos like this! Enjoy!

Northbrook MET proudly presents the 9th annual S'koolFest. This Wednesday 15th May, we invite all our local schools to send their best Pop, Rock, Funk, Punk, Soul, Jazz bands, performers and singers for a showcase of school age talent. This show has become an annual favourite, and has seen many performers go on to international tours, record releases and radio. One of our judges this year is Gabi King, drummer now with Declan McKenna, whose Davison band Demelza's Tea Party won prizes at our very first event. Show starts 7pm at Worthing's Pavilion Theatre. Tickets £4 adult, £2 students.
Welcome to AudioActive's Kustom Vibes night in Worthing with our BA Performance jazz funkers Asahda.
Latest from our tutors Steve and Ed!
