spent 2 hours yesterday browsing the used vinyl racks in Wallingford's Music Box record shop and snapped up first two Blondie albums, first U2 album 'Boy' (original pressing) and second U2 album 'October', Tears for Fears 'The Hurting' and The Bible first album so been in vinyl heaven today. Only 3 weeks until Record Store Day eeek!

Really a fantastic music shop! So happy to have the music box back in Wallingford! Really helpful and kind owners :)

Popped in for the first time yesterday and I wish I'd had an hour or two to browse rather than 10 minutes! The owner was very friendly and full of help and advice and very generously let me walk out of there much more satisfied than I might otherwise have been! So if you have ANY interest in the vinyl revival, check it out but take a bulging wallet and make sure you have plenty of time to spare!

Popped in for the first time on Saturday and found myself feeling like a kid in a sweet shop. Cracking wee shop with a great selection of vinyl. The owner's service was superb and I loved the conversation we had about Simple Minds. It's a gem of a store and I will be back time and again.

If you love music but feel like you've 'lost touch' with it since the rise of the cloud services (iTunes, Spotify etc.) then you would do well to reconnect by getting back into physical media. Music Box is my local record store and I absolutely love popping in for a chat with the folks there and frequently walk out with something special I've never heard of and would never have found through Tidal! They're very family friendly too. Only problem is records are very difficult to hide in amongst other normal shopping bags �

If you live in Berkshire/Oxfordshire - then this is the place to get your Vinyl. Great mix of new and original and the staff really know their stuff; there aren't many places you can talk to someone about genres from Ska to early Soul and R&B!

Great to see a cool indie back in my home town. Finally i have a reason to go to town again!

Great to re-visit the Music Box in Wallingford ... top fella Richard for setting it up again

Best place to top up our vinyl collection. Absolute pleasure to have a shop like this on our door step!

Awesome friendly staff creating a wonderful record shop

A phenomenal selection of eclectic music on vinyl & CDs. We spent a good few hours over a couple of days with the delightful Richard and selected our "wonderful Wallingford collection" of 45s for the jukebox! See you next time we're in UK for another cup of coffee and, perhaps another collection!!!! L X
