Would anyone like to play a drum or percussion instrument today in the St.Georges Day Parade in Manchester with our music disability group music4confidence.co.uk If so pm on here before 9am today.. they will close most of the streets off around Manchester at 12noon. It’s going to be 75% so bring some sun tan lotion and some butties. We are number 19 in the Parade

Some pics from a show on Friday night at the Aviva in Blackpool.This young man attends my music4confidence.co.uk and I also support him. As you can see he had a fab time Singing songs from the Greatest showman,ABBA solo spot singing Home Micheal Bubble, Sound of music,I’m a celebrity get me out of here and a finally with a rock n roll ending. I Just want to say I’m proud of you,you where Awsome and everyone who took part.. Well done..

Music4confidence is organising a music night out Which show would you like to go to?

Had a fab night doing the Disco karaoke for Comco social night ,which takes place at the Railway Club,Green Lane ,Bolton every first Tuesday of the month.This was my 59 th disco. It’s free to anyone with a disability. Tonight there must have been at least 150 people who attended this Social night.We had over 25 performers. Great to see new faces and new singers... see you all on the 2nd April..

Looking for drummers and percussionist to join in ?Any age

The Music work shops been going for 6years now.We have done some Amazing things in the past.Recorded 4 songs in a music studio.We have performed at the B-Fest in town.Bolton first music festival.

We have done a 10 week Dj course,Which was very successful funded by Comco.

Been on local radio stations.

Some of our people who attend have gone on to win talent competitions.

We also have a young man with a brain injury learning guitar,Who has wrote 3 fantastic pieces of music,using 3 chords.

We have had joint trips out to the Beatles museum-with Comco.

Also a fun day out in The big wood in Runcorn -with Tim from Wilder things.

Next year we are going to push for more field trips out and days out.

I can't recommend this place enough for adults with learning disabilities/difficulties. I love supporting our service users to their sessions and join in. It's such a friendly welcoming atmosphere and Darren goes above & beyond,along with his volunteers who dedicate their own spare time to help out. Keep up the excellent work guys �
