We are looking for an excellent team player with strong communication skills who has a passion for delivering a great customer service experience. The ideal candidate must be motivated to go beyond th...e guest’s expectations and able to give and take direction in order to achieve great success for our 2 busy restaurants within the group.
Our new chef will be required to work across 2 busy sites. The food offerings that we provide range from a high-end breakfast offering during the day & a new exiting Italian offering that will soon be launched for evening diners, our Chef will show fast past show cooking, traditional food fair & be friendly and charismatic towards diners in our open kitchen. Our other restaurant offers small plates & speciality dishes & will very soon be launching a brand new big plate option in a newly refurbished 1st floor restaurant
With this in mind you will show a real passion for food, be fully knowledgeable of ingredients and be up to date with both food trends and catering industry best practices.
The role is full time and a typical week would include various shifts including early starts and sometimes late finishes, subject to the demands of the business

Had lunch here today! So nice, food really tasty, staff very friendly nice atmosphere and good prices.

A brilliant and quirky cafe with a range of options. I really like that the menu has the classic go-to options like bacon butties (for the meat eaters) but also plenty of really healthy options. I'd really recommend the beetroot bowl. I've also been on another occasion when the chefs were perfectly happy to create a breakfast tailored to my current diet. Really friendly staff and knowledgeable and enthusiastic chefs. Great decor too�

First time here today at mustard as wanted to try it for a while. The food we had was lovely and good service from staff but as it’s all cooked openly the smell was horrendous like greasy. Smelling the grease while eating put me off and we walked out smelling of it which wasn’t nice. Put me off coming back sorry �
