The owners approached MVL to update and extend the house and to create a new kitchen wing to take advantage of wide ranging views over the mature gardens. The project brief also included the demolition of dilapidated garages and outbuildings and replacement with a new entrance lobby, family games room, utilities and office.

Fitzpatrick Referrals new animal hospital update. Nearly complete - a couple of photos showing the link between the 2 buildings (wide enough for doggy patients to be pushed on their trolleys to and from the ops rooms) using opaque glazing for light and privacy.
