so simple! saw a car on an online sales site (very professional looking post/photos, lots of details and clear contact details - which the site lacked for others), turned up and bought it!! phoned first as coming from Kent and very pleased they called me straight back and txted direction details. car was ready and waiting for me the next day. paperwork dealt with simply and efficiently. very friendly, no pressure at all, no sign of a car saleman type!! felt i could trust them...and love my free keyring!!! very happy �

I found my little Blue Picanto looking through the Auto Trader app. I was really apprehensive to enquire as this is my first car ready for when I pass my test which is looming! I was thinking of the whole salesman tactics etc but didn’t have to worry at all. Buying my Kia was so easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Gary went out of his way to help I expressed how much I wanted to see the car but of course would have to wait until the weekend as I obviously can not drive alone myself as yet. He offered to bring it to me to have a good look and for my mum in law to test drive on my behalf. Gary was professional and friendly and not like your average car salesman who everyone thinks of. He didn’t pressure or try to over sell the little car. He was honest and just really nice. I do feel intimidated by sales people but I didn’t Gary. I set up finance with guidance from Gary and Andrew from my email they sent me a link in which I followed and signed digitally after I’d read all the t&cs. I could take my time. It didn’t take long at all. I got accepted sorted the insurance and picked up my little Picanto on the Sunday at a Pre arranger time. My Kia was set to go Andrew talked us through all the paperwork sorted the tax etc and we was done!!! It was all mine!

It was such a swift stress free process my husband was so surprised I think we wasn’t even there in the office for 20mins. Andrew again was honest, friendly and very informative. My car boutique was easy to find and a funky little establishment. I’d recommend my car boutique to friends and family and to anyone looking at grabbing a good quality honest car at a good price. They also do lease which is handy to know, as well as used vehicles. I can’t believe how easy and quick and enjoyable buying a car was! Thank you to Gary and Andrew we are very impressed indeed.
