I've used My juice Programme a few times and always prefer their juices. I like to go alkaline so that I get loads of great nutrition, and then can add a bit of protein in if I get hungry.

I stopped buying juices at the shop a long time ago and get these as they're cold pressed and much better. I like the balance of flavours and know that they have nothing else in them except fruit and vegetables.

I like the Morning Sunrise the best, it's sweet and tasty.

I have tried a few different juice programmes but I really like the quality of the juice at my juice programmes. I have done a few 5 day juices and the results have been excellent so I think I will try the 14 day next.

For me, juicing is something I've always done as I love the idea of getting natural nutrition, not from concentrate. My Juice Programme are the first ones that offer a range I like at an affordable price so I always have them in the freezer. If you're a regular juicer, this is for you. Don't try the green range unless you love veg!

As someone who spends a lot of time in the gym, I loved having My Juice Programme to boost my workout. They taste fresh but also keep you regular. A bonus on any weight loss plan.

I've ordered juices here to help my weight loss for ages and they're always tasty and arrive the next day, however, they have changed their courier and the boxes don't arrive as early now. Not a problem, but the courier could have told me...

Speedy and helpful service, but I was disappointed by the quality of the juices - most of the ones I received were over 70% cucumber and celery, and I would have hoped for a bit more variation rather then just using the very cheapest vegetables.

Terrible customer service. I Ordered a 14 day juice cleanse.

The first box arrived without issue. The second box was delivered to wrong address and dumped outside her house in full view of the road so could have easily been stolen. Also consequently the majority of the juices were 50% and over defrosted when I collected. The fact I had to go out of my way to collect and they were largely defrosted. According to the unhelpful lady whom I spoke with on the phone this is not their problem to quote "once the juices leave with the Courier's it's no longer our responsibility" She stated this several times. So your order can be delivered to any wrong address and be in any state and it's no longer their responsibility apparently. To add insult to injury, she treated me like an idiot for putting the juices straight into the fridge. I did this as they were largely defrosted and didn't think it was safe to re freeze. She also practically called me a liar when I told her how defrosted they were and claimed the packaging keeps them frozen (polystyrene in a cardboard box) She then referred me to the paperwork that comes with the juices and stated that it advises that juices can be re frozen within 48 hours of delivery. I have read and re read all the paperwork and it isn't written ANYWHERE on it. I was offered no help, no discount or offered a free programme or discounted programme in the future. BEWARE when you order, because once the juice has left with the courier, they wash their hands of it completely. I will never use them again and I'm astounded that they don't see that I'm their customer and not the courier company's and that is for them to resolve whilst taking care of their customers when issues arise. I had called and left a message with customer service yesterday to speak with someone and left a message outlining the problem. Today I was asked to email across my call history to prove I had phoned! Absolutely ludicrous! The lady I spoke with also went off to speak with her supervisor twice during the call. The message from this company is loud and clear, "once the juice is packaged and leaves the premises with the courier it's the couriers responsibility" Abismal customer care!!

Despite messaging TWICE for advice about this (5 days apart) I still haven't received any response or communication. Didn't receive what I ordered and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I am a seasoned juicer and have had to give in. Ordered a weeks supply for the first time from this business. There is no taste whatsoever. I have struggled to get them down and I usually juice 90% green 10% fruit so not looking for a sweetness. I don’t agree that nutrition can be maintained for more than a month, and had I realised this - wouldn’t have ordered. A complete waste of £100. What’s worse is that I left a message to ask this very question and no one responded. Beyond annoyed. Anyone who juices will lose weight but the harm is where the nutrition is lacking. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone sorry .....

After waiting all day and having the day off work I still haven't received my order and have been told all day that the delivery driver is stuck In traffic. I have spent alot of money of 7 days worth of FROZEN juices. After them being in a van all day im sure they will not be frozen now. And at 8:22pm I have been told they could still come, when the delivery driver finished work at 6pm. I will NOT be accepting juices tomorrow that have been in a van all night. I have been given an email to send this to but as it's not sending as the email address doesn't exist I will now be leaving it here. I would like a refund my juice programme!
