Our private guided tours are aimed at people who want to experience a little bit more than scenery and churches. Yes we offer bespoke tours but in our minds we are thinking about the discerning traveller, those with an interest in English history and culture. Every tour has an important historical theme that will engage you on many different levels - and then there are the scenery and churches too! It is no coincidence that most of our tours are either National Parks or areas designated to be of outstanding beauty. We also believe that the English Pub is still at the heart of the community as it has been for hundreds of years and all our tours can include the option of a visit to a traditional English Pub for lunch. These pubs are specially selected for their interesting history, atmosphere and of course their mouth-watering food! On some tours you will be offered options which may include entrance to museums or other visitor attractions these can be included in your price or taken off, if you choose too.

This brings us to the main reason we think we are different – your tour will be personal to you – no traipsing on and off coaches, no drops to wander around on your own (unless you choose to! ) no waiting around and no multiple pick-ups and drop-offs to spoil your day.
