fantastic properties and the Ben and Emma are charming to deal with

Just spent a glorious week at 5 Coastguard Cottages, Ramsgate. Lovely property, superbly equipped with everything and having recently been refurbished was clean and in top notch condition. Copious amounts of glasses, cutlery, etc. so you didn't need to wash up all the time.... Great garden for the kids to play in and nice terrace where we sat out and ate breakfast and dinner every day. Wonderfully peaceful, perfect location. It is down an off road track but that is what made the location more attractive away from the crowds. Not walkable to any shops but only 10 mins to Ramsgate where there is everything you need so wasn't a problem for us. The upstairs loft room was accessed by quite steep steps/ladder but was a perfect room for our teenage daughter. It is on the cliff top where you can walk along to the Pegwell Nature Reserve. Close driving distance to a number of beaches. A great week and would definitely recommend the property

booked a property , paid deposit august 2014, went to pay in 2015 , and they had booked me for the wrong month,couldnt rent the house , they couldnt offer any other accomadation. even emailed my request form to them, which stated my dates, didnt seem to matter to them,took two week to get my deposit back, they even managed to be £40.00 short , i even had to send pic of my bank account to prove what they had sent. never had such bad customer service in my life. ,
