My Toy Box Company Description
On a walk with my wife and our baby daughter we were discussing the ever growing spread of children's toys at home and how we needed a box to keep them safe. I wanted a completely personalised toy box and bespoke item.
After a long search most options simply offered a plain box with generic name letters placed on it. I however, believe you are more than just a name. My daughter loves to be outdoors and so I designed a piece just for her, with a a climbing plant and butterflies flying accross the box, as well as her name of course in a personally stylised font.
Our business took off when friends commented on the uniqueness and quality of the toy box and asked if they could have boxes built for their loved ones.
I pride myself on taking your ideas and developing it into a design to produce a piece of quality handcrafted carpenty. Made in rural Lincolnshire, each piece is designed to last the test of time and would be a proud piece in anyone's home, including my own.

From start to finish Darren has been amazing, me and my partner decided to go for a bespoke toy box for our sons Christmas present, we asked if we could have a Star Wars themed toy box with a carving of Darth Vader and a storm trooper, I had a look at the fabrics that where available on the website and didn't think any would fit in with the design, so asked if it would be possible to have either a star fabric or space themed.......
he then went on to sending me a design that was drawn up which exceeded our expectation and fabrics of Star Wars nature that he had researched for me, I found this so helpful and was very pleasantly surprised that he was going to so much trouble to create my son the perfect toy box.
After deciding the design and fabric, the box then took 3 weeks to make but every weekend Darren would email and send a picture of the progression, it was defiantly exciting my expectations I couldn't wait to see the end result.... once finished I had ordered the box to be delivered to my home address but unfortunately there was a problem with the order of the packaging that the box arrives in, but Darren took the time to come and deliver the box himself so it was delivered on time even though it was through no fault of his own, I couldn't recommend him enough and I wish him every bit of luck for the future I will be looking forward to seeing what new and amazing designs he creates in the future.
Darren did an amazing job on the toy box he created.with two children we needed a toy box that could fit both our children toys in.Darren created a box that could be shared and personalised each side to our children.very well made. Thank you will definitely be looking for more
Darren created a bespoke and charming toy box for our daughter. The box has a large storage capacity that doubles up as a comfortable bench with the lid down. We described to Darren the theme and colour scheme that we had in mind and he very quickly came up with a design that was perfect and fitted perfectly in our daughter's bedroom. The greatest credit I can give to Darren is that our daughter genuinely loved the toy box and that it gets plenty of use! Would not hesitate to recommend My Toy Box company to anyone.
