I have been a patient here for 12 years and was told today that I've been de registeted as i didn't answer letters they sent me 2 years ago. I've also been told that I can no longer register with them again. It took 22 minutes to get through to them today to have this discussion and overall I was really disappointed with their "computer says no" attitude. Two years ago I was supporting my mother during her chemotherapy and subsequent end of life care and could barely get out of bed let alone adhere to their beurocratic system of one strike you're out. I've gone private now and the difference is startling. Receptionists that are warm and caring, dentists who can't do enough to keep you informed of every up to the minute processes and work hard to keep you comfortable and work out ways to save you money. Wish I'd done it years ago as it's worth every penny.

It's about time Mayo Dental Clinic up their game regards their customer service. It's pretty diabolical and that's being polite. 16mins on hold for being "1 waiting in the call que" doesn't seam believable if you ask me.

Today I was cut you off when I got to number 1 in the queue after waiting for 11 mins and when I rang again and left a message no one called back.
My crown has fallen off, I'm just glad I am not in pain......
My dentist was brilliant but he is not there any more and its much harder to get an appointment since the changes.

One of the worse services I have experienced, currently waited 28 minutes to go from number 5 in the phone queue to number 3.

Every time I go there I'm told there is a wait of up to an hour because they're so behind schedule. Absolutely ridiculous! The reception team never answer the phone. At my last appointment I told I couldn't wait an hour because I was at work so I had to reschedule, 10 minutes later i got a text saying my dentist would refuse treatment if I cancelled again! Absolutely fuming!
