We all panic and rage thinking we upset people, people done us wrong ... why ? Its impossible to make everyone happy because we are all as unique as our DNA and therefore our needs are not the same. How can you be all things to all people ... you can't !
If you find something you think needs to be addressed then its up to you on how you address that. 9 / 10 of these things are never easy to say so say it with a smile and ease the emotion. Learn by teaching yourself.

Welcome to myndful Our charity was born out of desperation, necessity & frustration utilising personal experience and as a result of our nine-month planning, research & trials study.
We support suicidal clients as an experience friend, providing Peer Support & Mindfulness, free of charge at the point of delivery. We offer 1-2-1, family & group support. We can either attend the client’s home or provide a safe, secure space at one of many local centres, as desired by the client....
We compliment the statutory services, as a Level 0 supplier utilising WBC’s Stepped Care Approach. We talk, we listen, we offer a space where discussions can take place, we empower the client to make the sometimes, tough choices. It is our experience, it must come from the person wanting to make the change; we do nothing but talk and provide tips & tricks to help you through the tough times. Obviously, there are tea & tissues ! (other hot drinks are available …) We support, we share, we laugh, we cry but most importantly we enable & empower.
Since its foundation in May 2018 myndful, through its mentors and support team, have actively responded to and prevented 16 potential suicides (case details are confidential but basic, non-personal information can be provided), thus averted over 80 family members feeling the loss of a loved one to suicide and, have an ongoing responsibility, enabling the support of over 40 active clients each week. What makes our service unique is our 24-hour physical availability offer whereas others in our sector are just telephony based at these times.
We provide a fully supported telephone service with an online messaging system whereas the mentor receives a audio copy of any voicemail messages as soon as they are left ensuring the mentor receives notification of the call. We also offer a truly GDPR secure e-mail service for safe data transfer between ourselves, clients & referring partners.
We also attend health forums & networks with our fellow organisations across the sector offering our services on a referral basis. We currently receive self-referrals and referrals from linked associations like DWP, Torus, North West Boroughs and other various community groups & third sector organisations.
