I graduated from Tor Vergata University in Rome with a BSc in Dietetics and with a MSc in Human Nutrition Science.

I have been working as a Nutritional Therapist for several years. I first started working as a Researcher at the Human Physiology Department at Tor Vergata University of Rome. Afterwards, I worked for many years as a Nutritional Therapist in different Complementary Health Centres across Italy and the UK, having the opportunity to treat a wide variety of patients with different conditions.

Currently, I am working as a Nutritionist at the Aston Clinic, London and for the football club AFC Wimbledon Ladies and Girls but also as a PhD Researcher at the Exercise, Sport, Nutrition and Public Health Department at Kingston University. Specifically with my team, I am investigating the effects of Exercise and Nutrition on specific aspects of Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease.
