Wet testing! We know we talk about this A LOT and understand the idea sounds a little unusual (getting into your swimming kit in a showroom with a stranger?!) But a hot tub is of course a big lifestyle investment and there really is no better way to ensure you're getting the best model for your needs.
So why are we so pro wet testing? At the end of the day we're all individuals with different shapes and sizes. And no brochure or sales person will ever be able to replicate tha...t feeling of getting into a tub and finding which depth, seating layout or jet configurations will best target your needs.
Whether you've got a specific area of the body you want to target with hydromassage or need to resolve that all important lounger vs. all-seater conundrum, we wholeheartedly encourage everyone to wet test before buying!
Here at MySpa, we've invested in becoming the UK's largest wet test centre and in our experience with 18+ models up and running as well as a private changing area. Our staff members will begin by having a chat to make sure we've understood your needs and if there's anything we need to be aware of. Based on your criteria, we'll guide you through a selection of hot tubs and you may be surprised at just how different each one will feel!
We promise our staff will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable throughout the experience. From our private changing area to providing hot and cold refreshments and arranging appointments out of shop hours for your convenience. You can even chose which member of staff will guide you through the wet test.

Yesterday we collected the first two of our new vans as we update the fleet. It's fair to say it hasn't been the easiest of weeks for our team of engineers! Naturally a bit of water comes with the job, but our team are taking a well-earned break to get dry over the weekend after completing three installs this week including a Sundance 680 Series and its big brother, the McKinley. A big well done to our install team and in particular, our new colleague Sinclair who has made a great start in difficult weather conditions... hats off to you all!
