Stopped off for lunch whilst on a walk with the dog; sat outside and had delicious food

My niece had her wedding reception at Cobtree on Friday 15th May 2015. Everything about the day was fantastic. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was happy and relaxed. The staff were brilliant all day and night. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend having your wedding reception here.

Lovely course with beautiful views of the surroundings. Not too difficult & not too long but reasonably challenging in some places. Seems well maintained with acceptable greens. Some bunkers lack sand but all in all a real gem. Friendly staff.

Literally cannot recommend enough!

We held my parents vow renewal’s here on the 14/09/2018 and I can honestly say the staff were beyond amazing.

Friendly, happy helpful staff nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make sure our family had the best time.

This place holds sentimental value to my family as we’ve celebrated many special occasions here, but this one we will treasure forever.



Amazing team, I would like to thanks especially Aaron, Lyn, Sharon, Tony and Liam for your amazing efforts on the night and also for putting up with all us drunks in the evening we had the most wonderful day.

I think it is a good coarse some people say it is a pitch and put coarse but those people never seem to do well funny I used to run my charity golf day there and found staff very helpfull enjoy playing there

I held my daughters 18th birthday party here. I can not thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to ensure her birthday was memorable and ran smoothly. The food was outstanding, not only was there plenty but the choice was so varied and delicious. I would highly recommend Cobtree to anyone for a party.

Had my partners 30th party here last night, couldn't have asked for a better night, the two lovely ladies serving behind the bar were amazing, Joyce and her colleague went above and beyond to ensure that the night ran like clockwork, every guest complimented the service we received last night and would recommend this venue to anyone :-)

Had my mums 70th birthday here last Saturday night. The staff food and venue were superb. Great value for money and easily catered for 40 people. Can't thank everyone at cobtree enough and neither can mum. She's been on cloud nine ever since. Would highly recommend.

Great venue for golf, the course is picturesque with most fairways tree lined and lovely views of the surrounding Kent countryside. Course was in great condition for mid October, good catering facilities and friendly helpful staff.

First time I played there it was as a guest. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and became a member as soon as we finished the game. Second time I played was on my own, after the 5th, I joined up with two guys following me to stop holding further groups up, very friendly pair and again, thoroughly enjoyed myself.

So to summarise, great course, friendly members, friendly and informative staff, and a club house with great food and a well stocked bar. What more is there ?

Complete novice this is the 3rd time playing on a course and it's my local absolutely loved it tough as a beginner but i did ok got round most 3-5 over par but i was happy with that the conditions were perfect grass was constantly being cut so it's obviously well kept greens were nice and fast will 110% playing again and views were pure class 5 star from me.

Can't believe some of the negative comments played here for the 1st time today. Food was great course was even better greens were spot on. Me and my son had a couple of beers and then became members.

Amazing venue such good value for money. We held a little meeting there and the customer service was outstanding and lunch was delicious. Thank you!

A great course which is well looked after as well as a good pace of play. However, there are some large pebbles in bunkers which did put three dents in my wedge a couple of weeks ago.

Lovely course , lovely staff just a shame about the slow play , they have a course Marshall that does nothing waited 10-15 mins on every hole except the 1st !

Shame as this is a beautiful course !

Had a barbecue when I was there was lovely food gourmet style !!

Very good course which was very forgiving. Breakfast was spot on and staff friendly and helpful .Hope to go back soon

It's a great quirky course but lacks the care it requires to keep it maintained. The prices are to high for what you get and the club needs updating. The staff are fine and helpful it is in a convenient location for me.

Normally not a bad course , but even in a winter, they admit they need to review and discuss internally! - a lot of excuses
