High Elms Golf Course is an established 18-hole venue located within a beautiful woodland Country Park. Popular with golfers and walkers alike, the course has links with the nearby Darwin estate and features many species of trees that were originally planted by the famous naturalist.

Very good service the staff always make you welcome the golf course is kept clean and managed well
Very good challenging course. Love the Spitfire when itŌĆÖs flying and all the parakeets flying around. The 13th and 17th certainly make life interesting.
Played in the Club Captains day in Sunday 11th Sept, the course was in great shape as always, a credit to the green staff for keeping it in such shape. The BBQ at the 9th was very good, the bar staff were lovely, well done to all involved
Organised the Halifax Cancer Research Golf Day here in association with Mercedes-Benz Bromley and Edmunds Estate Agents. The course looked and played superb and the staff really looked after us so well. When I say us, that was 100 golfers. Great day, raising over ┬Ż2,700 on the day too, with more to come. Thank you to all who attended and thanks to the greenkeepers for providing a superb quality venue and catering for great good. Well worth a visit for 18 holes in a tough but fair course.
Organised our pre Christmas Lunch at High Elms for 22 members of my local walking group. A very good meal at reasonable cost and very helpful attentive staff. Will book in January for Christmas 2017.
My son just had his FootGolf Party here. Fab party. Would highly recommend. Staff was so friendly, helpful & the party food was great. Thank you.
Lovely course, challenging but fair. Only one temporary, greens in pretty good nick for the time of year. I'm now a member ’┐Į
It was our first time there we watched grease on the open air cinema it was brilliant
I took my children here for a game of foot golf. They loved it :) the staff were friendly and everywhere was very clean and tidy. I will defo be going back :)
Great course with good combination of wide fairways, well placed bunkers and interesting height changes make it a great course for both novices and those with low handicaps

Excellent first class venue,good course, good food and great staff - probably Bromleys best kept secret for a place to go for a coffee

course in great condition, greens smooth and fairways nice and tight. beer was a reasonable price and nice location. would have given it 5 stars but public with dogs on the course!
Always tidy considering the use and dog walkers, Efforts are made with functions & golf days out
When i went to pay with scottish notes the rude person in pro shop refused saying his manger would dock it out his wages and the bank refuse to take scottish notes shocking service hope club looks at this stupid mans comment and get his facts right scottish notes are as good as english anywhere in britain .....
Played my 2nd round at HEGC today. Really enjoyable layout with some tricky holes. Course in very good conditions. Darren in the pro shop and the girl upstairs are very friendly and professional. Happy visitor at the moment, new member soon. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately if you like competitions and want to keep your CONGU handicap things are totally different.
Competitions and handicap are managed by the members and looks like they don't allows new players.
I'm going to cancel my membership because of that.
