Myukvisas Description
It has never been more important to seek professional support for your visa, UK citizenship or EEA residence card application. The UK government is looking to reduce immigration making it much harder for people to work, visit, study or live in the UK.
MyUKVisas provides a simple, quick and easy application service which is delivered by highly professional and experienced staff. We can also help you appeal if your application has been refused. And we work to a fixed fee so there are no nasty surprises when it comes to paying the bill.

Reviews
Arrived at the office firm in my New Year’s resolution to lose a bit of weight - and then these arrived from a grateful client! Given he had spent 20 years struggling with his immigration status, he was obviously rather pleased that we had managed to sort it for him.
Happy Christmas from all of us at MyUKVisas. We’ve had a great year working with clients from over 60 different countries. We’ll be back to tackle the challenges of the government’s new immigration regime in 2020.

An interesting evening spent talking to members of the Capital Club Bahrain about the immigration landscape post-Brexit. We are in #Bahrain to open a new office in partnership with Gulf Business Enterprise and to meet with potential new clients.
We’re at the Global Business Expo2019# in Leeds today talking about moving people across borders post-Brexit.
We’re looking forward to speaking about visas in the post-Brexit world at #GBEXPO19 on Thursday.

Five stars for Reaia
Well done to trainee solicitor Reaia Ball who has just received an excellent Google review for her work: ‘I would like to give a shout out to Reaia for her patience and support in what at times was a very emotional and stressful process, you remained professional and courteous throughout and for that I commend you.’
Waiting for a sign
In these days of digital marketing, when we are all furiously totting up likes, shares and followers, it is reassuring to know that the old methods of getting your message across still work. When we set up the new Sheffield office over Christmas we spent a lot of time agonising over whether the shop sign could be seen from the bus and tram stops across the road. Fast forward six months and we have indeed seen a steady stream of people who said they’d seen us whilst travelling past on the bus or the tram. Success!
Thank you Julie for the kind words. Wish Sara and Abdoulie all the best
Very pleased to have an article published on the home page of the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce. Chambers perform a vital roll in their communities, so important to be a member.
Great to see Frida, the solicitor in charge of our new Sheffield office, earning some plaudits for her work.
The Independent newspaper has reported on one of our cases, that of an American client threatened with deportation despite fact she had two British born children here. It illustrates, firstly, how the hostile immigration environment is adversely affecting people’s lives and, secondly, how the Home Office often wrongly applies the law. A lot of our time is spent filing (and winning) appeals for cases that should never have come to court in the first place.
Another lovely review from a client. ‘I was stuck as an illegal citizen for 3 years due to being neglected by a previous solicitor but thanks to Arta Heath from Myukvisa helped me get back on my feet and I’m now happy and legal.’
Arta Heath, MD of MyUKVisas talks to “The Albanian” TV in the UK about her journey from being a law student to being a human rights lawyer and managing director of a successful company. The interview is recorded in Albanian.
An important development in righting the wrongs of the Windrush scandal
Although Brexit remains deeply uncertain, the Settlement Scheme for EU nationals wishing to stay in the UK opened fully as planned at the weekend (30 March). We’ve done a number of cases now and whilst some people have sailed through others have found it problematic.
