Naked The Hair Salon Northampton

Love this salon, staff are all lovely and friendly, the boss Mat is brilliant they take good care of you in the salon and best of all great hair, girls what can i say get yourself down there if your looking for fab hair 😊

Disappointed! I've asked for roots highlights bleaching, not for all the length of the hair. My hair is already bleached and I'm using semipermanent colour, so it was bleach over the bleach and now I'm brushing my hair hardly. I've asked not for thin highlights and too many. Now my hair is 90% red and not coloured properly. About the cut... 100% different from what I've asked, too short and it's cut very badly. I've paid £62, but for what, for that disaster? Fortunately I get my money back, but not my lovely and thick hair. :( In the day of my appointment I've asked the owner how many years of experience have the person who will cut my hair and he said to me 6-7, but when I went to get my money back the owner said 3-4 years. Why you should lie at beginning? I'm asking myself how so the guy who cut my hair didn't took a picture of my me with that cut? Maybe because is a shame for him? Now I'm living a trauma every day and waiting for my hair to grow. Never ever again I'll go to this salon!

1st visit to Naked today. It is currently undergoing refurbishment so won't comment as to venue. Booked aromatherapy massage and it's literally the BEST massage I have ever experienced (I've had a quite a few in my time). Massage/beauty is downstairs with Keeley and she was so welcoming and knowledgable. We discussed the different types of oils and the benefits - I opted for black pepper. The whole massage was from tip to toe and really got into the knots in my back, soothed the aches in my arms, hands, legs and feet. Couldn't recommend more and will definitely be returning.

I've used this salon a couple of times as a walk in appointment. Stylists are very welcoming and friendly and didn't have to wait long to be seen.
Also, they do not try and persuade you to buy any of their other treatments like some salons in Northampton do.
I really like this salon, but it is one of the more expensive ones in the Town centre so I don't get to use it very often.

Went to get my haircut here with a young lad (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name) who was the sweetest person! He did a really good job of listening to what I actually wanted - I've been growing my hair out for years, and dread going for a trim because other hair dressers seem to take that to mean 'cut it all off' but this lad really tried hard to make my cut feel fresh without losing length. It looked so much better afterwards!

I also get my eyebrows waxed by Amelia (I think it's Amelia, AG on the loyalty card!) and she's divine! I went to her after another place had given me the 90s pencil thin eyebrow look so I was really nervous to let someone new do it all over again! Amelia is a delight though, she gave me some great advice on how to deal with them to get them to grow back thicker/as thick as they were, she did a beautiful job of shaping them and was a pleasure to talk to! I can't recommend her highly enough!

So, so disappointed and dissatisfied with my hair, I trusted Becky, paid £109 and as a pensioner feel very let down by Naked, sorry Martin.

I am beautiful again!!! I came to "Naked" for a perm and they did it (I had been turned down by several other salons), and I look gorgeous! My hair was a sensation at work, with everyone asking where I got it done in such an amazingly professional way. In the morning my hair now takes precisely 30 seconds to be arranged in this beautiful mass of curls: I look fashionable and young. A huge Thank you to Becky, who did such a wonderful job, and to the owner of Naked who came up to me and explained in detail how to look after my hair afterwards, giving me some hugely useful tips. Great salon and great staff!

Worst one ever had!!! Blunt scissors pulling hair out, uneven cuts, guy not knowing what he is doing! At the end for 20 min scruffy job charged 20 quid! Disaster! Good thing as guy i can shave it off! Avoid at all costs!

I have been having my long hair bleached and toned at naked for the past four years ,and it has never looked better or been in better condition. On my first visit I was given a consultation with Raymond Martin who gave me great advice , over the past four years I have had different stylists and I can honestly say I have been completely satisfied on every visit . Every stylist I've had has taken great care and always given me honest advice . This is a salon with a good reputation and for me has always more than lived up to it, I always get complements on my hair and would not hesitate to highly recommend any stylist you chose at this salon .
