Sitting in the restaurant now, excellent menu katie marie and James explained the menu to a tee and made sure that all the unknown quantities on the menu was explained... the food was great well cooked and healthy which makes a change ! Please give a pat on the back to your servers and I’ll be back next week �

It was a nice restaurant with tasty food, the bar area was very clean and excellent customer service

I had good time with friends at Narika restaurant. The food was delicious. Celebrating birthday party staff sang to us�

I celebrated my birthday at Nakira with family and friends. Their food was amazing and the the customer service was amazing I would definitely recommend.

Great food. I tried the Oxtail and Nigerian jellof rice amazing. I would also recommend the Spicy wings. The Nakira lager made my day, ICE cold beer very nice. Best and cleanest African themed restaurant, I have ever been to in England.

Food tasted beautiful. Not sure what the name of our waiter was (young guy with highlighted curls) but he was amazing, hilarious and a great host.

Excellent service staff are attentive polite any mistakes rectified and copensated for. Good ambience

As restaurants go, this is one of a kind. Food, atmosphere, music, service, drinks. All first class. What made it even more special for me was the attention to detail they put into helping my now fiance propose to me. Special thanks goes to Camilla. You made my night even more special and I cannot thank you enough. This is my new favourite place. Thank you so much to all the staff for helping us build such wonderful memories. �

great food however our food was served with waiteresses who had their long hair all over our food. please for hygiene reasons either kewp your hair covered or in updo.... plus noone really seemed interested talking to us... even asking if we were ok and if we needed anything

Problem after Problem



One of waitress was nice but had no knowledge of food or drinks

The rest of bar and waiting staff were clueless of what type of food or drinks was on menu



Starters took a long time to come out



Chicken was undercooked on 2 separate dishes.



My starter didnt come out at all, had to wait 10 min for it to come out, we were waiting for atleast an hour for mains, they didnt come out. We complained to waiter - he had no idea where food was. He called the kitchen which is based upstairs in their building. The chef hung up on him. We had to complain to the Manager to get anywhere, apparently one of their chefs left mid service, we were not notified at any point.



Later the lady chef came and tried to convince us to stay and when we declined she blamed the birthday girl for being unreasonable. half way through conversation the chef just walked off.



The manager Antonio mentioned he would give is a full refund of £100 via groupon by not redeeming the voucher. It turns out the resturant has, nor sure if it was him or someone else.



After a week my wife called to chase up on our refund, the same chef raised her voice on the phone in disagreement it wasnt her fault.



This place is very unprofessional and the chef is unbelievably rude and disrespectful.



Definetely would not reccomend this place, i dont even usually write review's, but this place was really that bad



We all left 10 x hungrier than when we walked in
