Great time for family groups and mate to have a get together!

Fun and lots to do but a bit pricey for what it is. TV, bar and food also available if you want to let you kids play bowling while you sit back with a drink watching the footie

Old school bowling and amusement arcade. Good fun.

A bit grubby, but still fun! Pricey with some games lasting seconds (although the two penny drop Jurassic Park game yielded the best return plus Plants Vs Zombies jackpot). Convince the kids to save up the points on a card and get a bigger ticket item!
Bowling was fun but get one of the deals they offer for best value!

Lots of facilities packed into the Namco. Choose from carpeted lanes or traditional bowling and no additional cost. Deals for multi games. Arcades are fairly up to date though a strong tendency for the ticket prize giving games (classic arcade games are confined to a smaller corner).
Drink prices are very reasonable and a good selection.
Wheelchair accessible including the lanes. We searched the entire premises and couldn't mind an M sized hole bowling ball anywhere, nor a size 12 with XL finger holes. But for fun casual games the Namco Funscape is a great visit.

Good for bowling. Arcade good fun but you thrkw money away. Play games for tickets but prizes for tickets expensive and tat. Only go to arcade if you have money to waste.

The lane I was on did not work overally well however I have yet to find a bowling alley with fully functional lanes.... it would appear bowling fans we are asking for the moon.

Everyone else seemed to be having fun and I would feel bad leaving a bad review because I was too lazy and British to complain at the time

Staff were good and drinks cheap so it is what it is...

Bit grubby but relatively cheap few hours to amuse the kids.

On Saturday 22nd October we had a karaoke party for my daughter and the experience from start to finish was unprofessional, disgusting, rude and dirty.
We were asked to come early so they could upload our requested songs. Instead we waited 10 minutes just to be served. Then when finally shown the room, we had to try and upload the tracks ourselves. Then to make matters worse I noticed that this time was taken out of the allocated hour which was for the party.
When we booked the party they informed us that they had just updated the songs, however out of the 30 songs my daughter and friends wanted there were 4. This would of been OK if the experience was that of what any paying customer would of expected.
There was a box of dress up glasses, guitars etc. Which was a fantastic idea, however to further disappoint - the quitars didn't blow up, glasses were broke and the rest of the box had been diminished.
Worse still my wife took two of the children to the toilet to find they hadn't been cleaned for many hours and she said it would of been cleaner and safer to pee on the street.
Although i disnt think they could, but to make matters worse. Not only during this horrible hour and half was there not one member of staff to help us. When we finished and I wanted to complain. I found myself in a queue for a further 15 minutes and ended up walking out. Website also doesn't give you facility to leave comments?
Very poor service, shocking customer service, poor management, disgusting facilities.
Will never use again and will definitely sharing my experience rather than reccomending.

Very poor today.wrong information on website about half term opening times. No staff so waiting to be served at reception and refreshment outlets.
