Inspired by my Nana Carter's piccalilli recipe, I've produced my own homemade preserves, chutneys, jams & marmalades. . . & the piccalilli of course! !
Nana Carter'S Description
All my products are produced in a domestic kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and other allergens are used on a regular basis. Should you have any specific allergy concerns, then please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your requirements.
I am registered with Stockport Borough Council, Environmental Health and Trading Standards and I hold a Level 2 Award in ‘Food Safety in Catering’ & have also been awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 5.
You will find me at Heaton Moor Producers Market on Shaw Road, Heaton Moor, on the 1st Sunday of every month (except January when the market is closed).
