The weekend is here, and so is our new Fresco Burger! Celebrating summer never tasted so good…

Visited with my husband and two daughters prior to the cinema. One of my daughter's knocked a glass of drink all over the others meal. We asked the staff to change the bun only as that has taken the brunt of it. They went above and beyond offering to replace the whole meal. Customer service at its best in what was an extremely busy period for the restaurant.

Visited a couple of times this week and had fantastic service by two people in particular. Kyrie the blonde lady (on my second visit) - super friendly and attentive and the gentleman with the beard (I believe he was Irish) on our first visit.



Both of them were great and made our visit all the more enjoyable! Not to mention the delicious cheesecake!

Thank you for adding extra options for veggies, the burgers are better than the others were. Now i can go and eat with the chicken lover friends of mine! Chips were a bit cold tho

Staff are always great � food is standard nandos but the service is good.

I'm very very harsh when it comes to reviews on restaurants, I've eaten in many a restaurant, expensive, cheap and reasonable but I had the butterfly chicken burger with Peri chips, the chips were seasonsed perfectly and the chicken is something I can't describe, it was cooked to absolute perfection!! Seated on the top with a nice melted medium sauce and not too well cooked in the middle, we went to the cinema afterwards and we have both said because of how nice the meal was we are doing the same next week! Thank you for a great meal

Excellent visit yesterday. Met at the door by a polite and chatty waitress who saw us to our seats personally.



The ordering process was very efficient and as we were ordering coffee another member of staff was pouring coffee for another customer. However, the lady taking our order said no worries, we could take our seats and she'd bring it over (which she did very soon afterwards).



The food itself was excellent and during the meal we were asked of our food was OK. All in all a very pleasant experience and one I'll be repeating sometime soon.

Really love Nandos. Got a takeout and service was brill. Cooked bang on when it said we could collect. When we got back to Stockton, was a bit cold but expected due to journey. Only imprpvement would be it Teesside Park option for takeaway was on the website for people in Stockton. Still, great service!!

Lovely staff and great food . It is sometime congested especially at week ends , we needed to wait for 20 minutes to get a table. Other than that everything is excellent.

Headed for nandos before the movies and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was ok but ordered the combo starters that came separately from each other instead of all together. If the Hubbie hadnt asked for 1 of the starters we wouldnt of got it!.

The chicken was lovely n juicy and hits the spot.

Look forward to going back. Overall a good place to eat and quality food.6

The food was good, except for the hairpin we found in one of the sauces :/ Hygiene Hygiene!

Came here the other week food was spot on, had the wings and two reg sides,.. Came today to try something different.. Should of went elsewhere.. £11.35 for the sunset burger that was almost a one bite, Luke warm food and not enough chicken in it to taste what I was eating.

45 minute wait for food ,when food arrived our order was wrong they said it was a error at the till our recite was correct had to then wait while the waiter ran around the restaurant trying to find who the food belonged to ,then another wait for food

Worst staff when I visited in my uni days... especially one of the managers. Wait actually she was the only one working there with an attitude. She knows who she is. Glad I’m back in my hometown now.

Wasn’t happy with the food I got when getting takeaway! Chicken was burnt to a crisp! Wouldn’t recommend this Nandos to anyone.

Waited almost 1hour then asked were our food was? manager came over and apologised as our order slip must have been dropped on floor or misplaced, we had to leave as had no more time to wait, as we were going to cinema, she gave us a refund , had to make do with a cinema hotdog, not very happy!

Usually decent food/service. On this occasion was terrible. Waiting nearly 45 minutes for our food to be ready. Tables came in after we ordered and were served before us. Food wasn’t up to much neither. Never got the fascination with this place anyway. Would give half a star if possible.
