We had Joanna as our waitress. It was an amazing experience. The food was great and the service was extraordinary. Joanna was very easy to communicate with and she was very knowledgeable. 5 stars is not enough for her service. 20/10 for sure. Would recommend to peers. All in all satisfied.

Tried to send this on the website but it wouldn't so hope its ok to write here. I would just like you to know what an outstanding waiter Chris was on my recent trip to Hatfield Nandos with my Dad. This is the first time I've ever written in to compliment a waiter/ess before but I really felt that the service, humour, warmth and attention to detail shown by Chris deserves to be recognised. You could not find a better waiter than Chris, he is extremely personable and it really blew me away at how good he is at his job. I hope you can recognise him for his hard work and for making this trip my best ever Nandos experience. Thanks Chris!

Regular customer, never any complaints but a big shout out to the lovely gentlemen who gave us free soft drinks today 'one good deed to another' � nice to see some watchful people out keeping the spirit of giving at Christmas alive ��

My multi allergic son had his first ever meal out here today. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to the wonderful manager and staff. They made sure everything was done to ensure his meal was safe. Cross contamination was kept to a minimum. The grill was washed down before his chicken was cooked, new utensils were used and the manager herself supervised the cooking of his entire meal. A five star service and I'm overjoyed to report my son had a delicious meal without any allergic reactions. A big thank you to everyone.

I really love Nando's. I have one son 6 years old and every weekend his asking me if can go to Nando's. I can say all my family and all my friends when coming to visit as we go all the time to Nando's. I can really recommend to everyone,Who like to eat good and healthy to Eating at Nando's. Nice food, nice personals. Thank you Nando's.❤️❤️❤️

Food was really great. I like they way they just assumed we’d been to Nando’s before as they didn’t ask. That may explain the people that commented earlier saying they were abandoned at a table. My son loves Nando’s and now he knows how close you are to uni, he will be a very regular visitor

Food delicious as usual. But the guy at the front door who seated us was OUTSTANDING and made us so welcome. I needed a quiet table for my autistic grandson and he was as kind and understanding as anyone could be. Could not recommend him more.

Every Christmas, me, my wife and four children go out for a family Christmas meal. This year my children decided they would like to go to Nandos, as they have never been before.

We decided to visit the restaurant in The Gallaria in Hatfield. Firstly, on arrival we were met by the most polite staff I have ever come across. We were shown to our table and all given menus.

We all decided what we would like and went to order. Unfortunately my 8 year old son has several food allergies, one of these being mayonnaise due to the egg content. When placing the order I asked strictly no mayonnaise in the children's chicken burger, but on arrival the burger contained mayonnaise. My wife told the waitress who in turn apologised and brought us a replacement. However this also contained mayonnaise.

On the my wife spoke to the duty manager (Jamie), who was absolutely fantastic. My son's meal was freshly replaced and we were given free deserts. I would like to thank Jamie for her understanding, and her customer service was fantastic.

We all had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return to Nandos in Hatfield as the food was absolutely great!

Another excellent meal. Not been to this branch for a while but the food and staff didn't disappoint. Friendly as usual. My nice surprise was in the baby changing room. Wipes and nappies there. Such a nice touch as sone times us parents run out or forget. I havent seen any other shops do this. Well done Nandos

Although we are well above the usual age range of the customers here, we always get pleasantly greeted, and the food is as good as it gets!

Popped in at 12pm for a quick meal with our 2 1/2 year old. We got seated straight away and our order came exceptionally quickly. Had an issue that our large chips looked like a regular size on our platter. We pointed this out to the lady who checked everything was ok, but her english wasn't great so took a couple of attempts to explain, but she got us another portion to make up for it.

Was good ..cutlery could be cleaner and would have been nice to be told to order at the counter

Taken to a table and abandoned! Would have been nice to be told we now have to order and pay at the servers. Meal was nice in fairness, then locked out of Galleria car park and security told us we had to use stairs which appear to be an out of hours toilet and then walk up the exterior stairs back to our car on the fourth floor. Doubt we will go back to the Galleria anytime soon

I'm very confused how your points work. I went to your store in Hatfield with 9 chilli rewards, when I checked my account later it had gone back to 1. Where have my chilli's gone?

I liked the chicken burger but I asked for a Mediterranean salad as a side for my food and instead got an ordinary side salad which in itself was a sad affair, literally saw the girl behind the desk open a packet of premade salad probably from the local Asda tip it on a plate and present it with a few cherry tomatoes ... I didn't get asked about my meal until we had finished (I left the salad) I tell the guy that I ordered a different salad so if he could box that up and I'd take it home I'd be happy ... instead he tips my now wilted Asda own brand salad leafs into a container and sends me on my way. � lesson learnt ! Never order salad lol ! �

Went to Nando's last night with my mum and cousin before going to the cinema. Upon arrival we were greeted with the most miserable woman! We asked how long the wait would be as it was busy being a Friday night and all...she grunted with a reply of "15 minutes" no eye contact or anything but a mouthful of gum which she was chewing the whole time she was taking to us and her clipboard more so! Found that so rude!! Wasn't the warmest of people I must say not a smile or anything. Was actually quite uncomfortable! My mum and cousin both felt this too...We decided to wait anyway though as this is where we had planned to eat. 15 minutes went by.....25 minutes went by...35 minutes we were finally called for a table. I understand it was busy but don't give a short wait time and keep people waiting for a much longer time! I over heard other customers talking about the same issue too....The staff that saw to us were friendly and attentive but purely on her greeting I wouldn't be inclined to return. On a more positive note the food was really nice.

Way too slow - 35 minutes with no food - had to ask (think they must have lost our order as everyone around us got food)

Person that greeted us was very nice however, when we ordered at the till the guy who might have been a manager took our order was very grumpy and miserable. Rolled his eyes when I asked if I can use my nhs discount. Also asked something about the menu and he didn't explain properly. Nobody also asked how our meal was. I don't think I'll be coming back again.

Just ordered a peri peri chicken burger at £5.95 What a sad affair! 1 slice of tomato, a small piece off lettuce and small chicken breast with a tough dry bun.



Ordered some other sides also, coleslaw was warm, chips dry. The humus starter was good.



It's really bad if you can make it better in your home kitchen at 1/4 of the price. Definitely won't be back.
