Went for lunch here with a friend. Food was excellent as standard with Nando’s. Restaurant was very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and took that extra few second to make you feel welcome, not just the standard ‘is everything ok’. Would recommend and definitely be back on next trip over.

I have never had Nando's before but we were browsing the menu outside and a waiter called Stany came out to greet us. He was very friendly and explained the menu very well, he recommended what would be best for us because we were in a large group. We decided to come back in an hour after drinks. we were met again by another friendly member of staff (Baury) who was seating new customers and explained that we needed to order at the till (which is very helpful so you don't sit and wait for a waiter that doesn't come). Stany then came and greeted us and explained the full menu for us before leaving. we then ordered food and drinks and shortly after Stany then brought us cuttery and and checked we need anything. our food was amazing the chicken was soft, full of flavour and a nice selection of hotness to chose from. the service was amazing and was brilliant, would recommend anyone to try this place. Stany overall seems like a great member of the team.

Hi � Last Sunday I had lunch with you together with my girlfriend. Because I have to follow a strict gluten-free diet, it is difficult to just eat out. From Holland I want to thank you again for your great attention and service.

Hey Guys.. if yall havnt seen a proper queue at Nandos, you should visit the O2 Arena branch on a concert night. Yall will see how long people wait to get seated. I appreciate the patience of those who waited long time for Nandos food. The food is excellent- Hence the queue. Worth waiting for. "Slurrrrrppp"�

Worst Nando’s ever, I like nandos and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Cold food hardly any chips and pink chicken. �

Poor service had to wait a long time for a table even though there appeared to be empty tables. Wine served in a tumbler as there weren't any available. Portions small, dined as 4. Finished 3 meals and had to ask for 4th meal which had been left at the serving hatch. Needs more staff and improving. Shame as its nice inside and we were looking forward to a lovely meal with our son who we were visiting in uni

It's a bit basic plastic knife & fork ect. The food was OK though.

Was it their rubbish service day today or are they always like that? Hmmm... Had to wait for our food for over 40 minutes even though the place wasn't even busy. The chicken was tasteless and the corn was burnt. The cutlery was dirty so we didn't want to drink straight out of our glasses in case they were dirty as well, my husband had to wait for over 5 minutes for a chance to ask for 2 straws and got a whole lecture about enviroment from a cashier. They allowed 3 people with McDonalds takeaway bags to take a 2 seat table next to us and that kid just started eating his McDonalds!

Not a good Nandos. The lady who took my order was very rude, when I asked questions her answer was "You need to decide what you want". The chicken was not up to usual standards, very dry.
