We have been going to Staines Nando's for long time now. We love it! Sunday the staff were helpfully.

This is prob my favourite Nando's, food is always quick and friendly staff 👍🏻

Haven't been for a while. Arrived about 6.16, shown to our booth, 3 adults, 1 child. Was not too busy for a Friday. Ordered the food which arrived quite quickly and was piping hot, very tasty and all was served by a lovely young man who was very friendly. We all enjoyed our food last night. Well done Nando's, Staines.

Good service! When I got my food my corn on the cob was rock hard the waiter took it and said he will get me a new one and I waited for 15-20 minutes until it came. Other then that it was really nice and I enjoyed it

Good Service, food to your choice but missed out on the dessert Yogurt as none was left.

was ok two cramped up stairs . bogs could do with a scrub . grub was ok . forgot olives had to ask after I had my meal very busy .

Was ushered to seat next to the toilets and yet there were plenty of empty seats in front of house had to ask to be moved .

Very busy. We was there first time and the staff didn't explained nothing. You just need to guess what to do. Waitress give me juice for my son and did not told me that this is squash I need to guess this and then look for machine with water. She was quite annoyed with me when I was ordering food because I was asking questions. Sorry but I was thinking I'm going to the restaurant not fast food place.

The staff in Staines are brilliant, can’t fault them. It’s a great team and they worked very hard under pressure. The food was good as always, corn 🌽 could have been better though. Two of our 5 were undercooked so we asked for them to be cooked more. They disappeared and didn’t return until we reminded them 15 minutes later then we received three brand new ones. The only thing that let the whole evening down was sadly the clientele. Not the lady’s fault obviously but lady on table next to us fainted so we had to be moved which caused confusion when our meal was ready. Then a bunch of about 5 or 6 teenagers came in and just bought bottomless drinks. Our table was by the machine. They were extremely rude to us and intimidating. They stared, pulled faces and back chatted at us while we ate. It was myself, husband, our two year old son and elderly parents. They were awful! I felt quite scared but the staff couldn’t be more apologetic. So a weird night really.

Used your online booking system for a takeaway at Staines. Placed the order for collection at 7.00pm. Turned up at 6.45 told the member of staff I’d arrived and he gave me a copy of the receipt and told me he’d let them know I was here. I eventually received my order at 7.35pm when I questioned the lady who was doing the orders. No one had told them that I was here to collect or had forgotten. I walked back to my hotel approx 200m away and the food had obviously been sat on the hot plate since 7.00 as it was nearly cold. £24.35 wasted. I then left a review of the service on Facebook and it has since been deleted. Not very happy and I will be leaving reviews to that effect.

Shocking dining experience. The restaurant was full of appalling behaviour with youths literally running wild and door staff chasing them up the stairs. We had the misfortune to be sat by the entrance to the toilets.. numerous altercations were taking place with door staff and wild youths. The urinals and floor in the toilets was nothing more than disgraceful. Overflowing and urine all over the floor. My wife and I left after our starter...
