You can tell the staff are a little stressed and unfortunately got to watch customers moan and begin to become aggressive at the staff due to the waits. However, all the staff are so lovely, food is wicked and restaurant is tidy! Keep it up guys, don't let the few rude customers ruin it for you! ��

Wow for a store opening this place is amazing the staff are friendly food it on point and very fast! It feels like being at home.home is where the heart is and Nandos Didcot you stole my heart this evening.. all of you worked amazingly well.. see you all soon.

What can i say but wow , was one of the lucky people that had an invite to go today between 12 and 4 , place was amazing absolute faultless if you didnt no you would of though place had been open a long time, staff were so on the ball , great food served at a good pace.



Will defo be back in the future with friends.

Was fortunate enough to be invited to Nandos Didcot tonight , where I went with intrepidation, as I've not had good experience at a visit to another store many years ago, but , tonight has changed my mind , the restaurant was totally awesome, the staff were very attentive, and food service was very quick , and the food was delicious, and cooked to perfection, well done to all the team on parade tonight , you done yourselves proud , and the store has a fantastic management team in place , good luck for an exciting future in your new store !

Had an amazing time this evening at the brand new Nando's Didcot. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes a lovely atmosphere. Exceptional service and food, complete with a fantastic decor inside and out, we will definitely be back. Well done to all the staff tonight.

Had a lovely evening tonight with my kids at Nando's house warming party. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely, They had a great knowledge about food allergies when asked, and made sure my son had safe food to eat. Would definitely go again x

For a brand new store, I thought we would have to wait ages for food but we didn’t and the food was amazing! Will definitely be back!

Already working well having only been opened for such a small amount of time, even when dealing with rude and ill-mannered customers who can't handle waiting a few minutes when the staff are clearly very busy. Had a great time and the food and staff were excellent! Keep it up guys!

Was excited to visit the new restaurant as Nando’s is one of my favourites, however, we were told it’d be a half an hour wait for food, even though there weren’t many people in the restaurant. The food was pretty dry because there was a lack of sauces or salt that should’ve come with the food but otherwise tasty. Although service on the till was excellent, a waitress started to collect our empty plates when someone hadn’t finished eating which is just bad manners. I understand this is a new store so I’m looking forward to trying it again once it’s been open longer.

Very disappointed went this evening for Sons Birthday we had to wait 40 minutes which was ok as we were told that at the start. But then had to queue another 25 minutes to order food then another 55 minutes until our food arrived. When it did some of the meals were cold and corn on the cob burnt. Both ladies toilets had broken door locks. I washed the cutlery myself as all dirty. Won’t be in a hurry to return.
