As some of you may be aware, Nando's is still continuing to help support the fight against malaria.
Malaria is a life threatening disease that affects a child's life every two minutes.

Went to this particular one for the first time with my sis and her fiancée and were already big Nando’s fanatics. This was the nicest one we had! Food was nice and hot. That classic taste was there. Fairly quick service too and nice staff. Nothing wrong from our end 😎

Thank you for being so courteous yesterday evening. You made my daughter who's birthday it was, have a great time with her friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My youngest who's type 1 diabetic needs to carb count, all that information was there, even to one staff member, measuring the yoghurt in a wine glass to get the correct weight,as she wasn't sure how much the pot held. Thank you so much, we had a great time �

First time I’ve eaten in Nando’s Aylesbury and I had a really great customer experience. Greeted by Tracy (from SA) at the door and the atmosphere was set for greatness. Such a sincere welcoming smile and great work ethics. She did not miss a heartbeat. She alone made my visit worthwhile. We were blessed with no queues but I will admit that was due to timing. Served by new starter Lucy at the till. She did her utmost best and I really appreciated it. I’ve not eaten at Nando’s for many years but the prodigal Sam has returned. Great tasting food and I did not feel ripped off. Will definitely come again. ��

Didnt dissapoint so visited twice in one week, friendly staff,great atmosphere,food cooked to perfection. We live in devon but my son was staying in the hospital for routine check ups and this was his choice as a treat,hes a very fussy eater but cleared his plate both times. No complaints from us.see u again in 6 months when were visiting again.

Always have good service and food staff really friendly and one young girl always comes and speaks to my grandson and now knows his name ( he's 5 ) and a young lad came over to the table took time to chat to my grandson too so no complaints and food was hot and delicious

Food was all good except the salted caramel brownie-it was so gooey it was like it was raw and so sweet-gross! Also we waited quite a while for our coffees so that was a disappointment!! But the mains were good, the staff could attempt a little more interaction-the brownie was almost thrown on the table!!

I mean Nando's is quite standard isn't it, it's dependable, it's chicken isn't it?

You like heat, put more sauce on, if you're a lightweight, leave it off.... After all it's just chicken isn't it?

How on earth is my review going to help you? If you wanted seafood, you wouldn't go to Nando's, if you wanted a Big Mac, you wouldn't go to Nando's.

Nandos Aylesbury. Well I have been to a lot of different Nandos and I have always been satisfied with the food and the service.



Unfortunately for Nandos Aylesbury every time I have been the food has only ever been average. The chicken seems to always be over cooked and dry and the service is extremely slow.



This evening after finishing my meal I decided to get a desert to take away. I paid for it and had to wait 20 minutes to receive it after asking on numerous occasions to be assisted.



Even the manager wasn't interested. Honestly Aylesbury Nandos is by far the worst I've experienced. Needless to say I will not be spending my money with you anymore.

Last night myself, my husband and son came in for food after the cinema only to be told no chicken on the bone, halloumi or garlic bread! We were seated with no menus and at a table which hasn't been wiped down .... the young guy who welcomed us however was really nice and I felt sorry for him having to tell us and everyone else in the queue about the lack of menu items! The food was ok but I was really surprised that a kids portion of sweet potato wedges consisted of only 2 wedges which I queried and was told that was correct!!

Disappointing customer service. One lady in particular; banged on the window very loudly to announce her arrival to work, then was messing around using a very loud voice. Also, this same lady was tying her very long hair back in the middle of the kitchen. Food was excellent but staff could with learning to work and act appropriately.

We were greeted and seated no problems at all the waitress who seated us was smiling and polite, when i approached the counter to place my order with Georgia she spent the entire duration of taking my order having what can only be described as a nudging match with a tall young lad with glasses whos name i did not get, this was not only in my opinion very rude and poor customer service but im confident was the reason my order was taken down wrong, i checked the reciept on returning to my table and on the surface all items seemed to be correct, it was not untill our order arrived we noticed there spice sticker in my partners food was medium, i had asked for plan(ish) specifically making a comment to georgia my partner is not a fan of anything too spicy, at this point we checked the reciept and noticed that she had indeed selected medium when placing the order, at this point whether it was Georgia's interaction with her colleague or just a lack of attention to the customer while i was giving her my order that caused this either way was still frustrating, however these things happen, Georgia herself asked if everything was alright with our food and i told her the spice level was incorrect and i also told her i felt had she not been messing around with a co worker while taking my order this would not have happened, she took the food back to the kitchen leaving my partners side of sweet potatoe mash on the table, no apology was offered at this point and the food was brought out by a different member of staff approximately 10 minutes later who i believe was probably unaware of the situation, we had asked for halloumi to be added to the fino pitta and on the second pitta that came out there was no sticker to say it had the extra holloumi, when i asked the waitress if it was in the pitta she said "yeh id say so as its on your reciept" there was no holloumi in the new pitta but by this point i had finished my meal and my partner had eaten her side of mash on its own before it also went cold and we agreed to just finish our meal and leave.

What a totaly useless and unintested individual. He couldn't have cared less about taking our order and was totally preoccupied by the other staff members and their personal conversations. The food was OK, but the there was no customer service of any description. Very disappointed and will not be revisiting this or any other nandos if this is the standard they allow.

We ordered food for 2 people at 7:30pm, and it wasn't a lot either. The lady on the phone said it would be 25 minutes. We have only ordered twice and last time they said 15 minutes and it was 40...

Tonight it came out at almost 8:40.... So it was over an hour and when it came I ordered a plain chicken pitta, no salad or sauce, (I'm allergic to Mayo) and it came full of salad and mayo. We were supposed to be watching a film at half 8 so we couldn't watch it either. And my girlfriend had just finished work before we went there so we wanted something quick before we saw a film. I love nandos but this was really disappointing.

Visited this evening at 10.30 on the off chance we could still get something to eat and asked if food was still being served. Yes was the answer and we were presented with 2 menus both sticky with sauce. No big deal, I'll get up and grab a couple more. We ordered food and after 10 minutes were informed there were no more wraps. Ok. No worries. We'll have pita instead. We were sat close to the counter, one of only two tables in the restaurant. Two plates were placed under the hot lamps which Sat there for up to 10 minutes. The servers were sat on a table talking and the chefs had done their part by preparing the food. The food sat there and sat there. We were on the verge of just leaving but eventually it came. Ok. We'll eat it, after all we've paid the best part of £20 and we're hungry. A male server with glasses came and asked us if everything was ok. i told him the food was ok but I had seen it sat there for around 10 minutes following the delay with the wraps/pita and that it's not ideal. He said he would speak to his manger (who was lounging on the table with the server in front of us) and see what he could do. He spoke with her, put his headphones on and didn't come back. We ate most of the food and left. Nandos Aylesbury, you have a strong brand but a weak workforce in your restaurant. All we wanted was what we paid for but we spent a long time in there tonight and the entire team were so absent it was staggering. May I suggest you close earlier while the team are a little more motivated. 2 stars because the food was as expected.

My fiancé LOVES Nando's so we frequent this chain quite a lot. We have been to Nando's Aylesbury a few times since moving to the area and it's been OK at best. One visit in January there was hardly any chicken and no heating! Today we went and the staff seemed disinterested! We waited quite some time to be seated even though it was very quiet and then when we ordered our food we waited ages for our food. When the food came my chilli chicken wrap was literally a plain flour wrap on a plate! No chicken, no salad, no chilli jam! My partners chicken and garlic bread were over cooked and the chips were soggy and cold. We obviously highlighted the missing contents of my wrap and were told we would have ab actual chilli chicken wrap in 5 mins. 20 mins later my partner has finished his meal and I still have not received my food. Not ideal!

Taking forever to order at the till, being told my card couldn't be used at the end of the order (while my husband went and got my purse) and then not knowing what drinks are! Not to mention, the organic milk, not being organic!!!! Cannot moan about Tracey though- she was lovely! Then, for the third time, out of three visits. Toilet cleaning chemicals and products in full access on the baby changing facilities- sort it out Aylesbury!!!!!

Went for a meal this evening. Had a chicken wrap. And when I bit into my wrap I was chewing on a member of the kitchens staffs finger nail. I spoke to the waiter, he asked me what i wanted from this. So I said a refund. But thinking about this more I am absolutely mortified with the fact I had someone else's finger nail in my mouth. I have issues with eating out at the best of time due to my OCD. The cutlery wasn't clean. I had to wipe them down before using them too. I feel the standard was poor at my visit today. The staff were friendly. But that doesn't make up for the lack of attention to detail. It is Not acceptable to have someone else's nail in ones meal.
