Not sure about the decor but enjoyed the food thou I had to decline the spices (not to my taste). Grilled chicken wrap without chilli jam & side salad was good. Diet coke as much as I wanted & self service was fine too. Thanks.

Service was rather good / friendly but nothing else came close for me - sorry! Food was mediocre (my granddaughter had chicken wings as a starter - which was literally 3 wings on a plate, no garnish etc) and over-priced in my opinion. I didn't have a dessert but my granddaughter did; a mass-produced, small, hard chocolate brownie that was advertised on menu with a 'scoop' of ice cream. When I got up to order it, I was informed at the till that there were no "scoops of ice cream left" but I could buy a small tub (!!!!). I did so as I didn't want to disappoint my granddaughter. When it was served, it was pitiful and something like ~£5.50 ish! I felt utterly ripped off at the total cost of the meal - £40 for two starters, two mains and one dessert. Won't ever go back and talking to my friends / colleagues next day - they all had similar feelings. My first and last visit I'm afraid. Hate going for a meal and feeling ripped off so it's a big � for me!

Tried today to see what all the fuss is about and I will not be returning! Waited 20 mins to be seated which is fine as it was busy and we were informed ... got seated and sat there for about 10+ mins before realising you have to go and place your order at the till, get your own cutlery and own drinks ... maybe the staff seating should explain the process ect if you've never been before ... The sauces were awful apart from one which was ok ... chicken came and it was that dry I had to keep smothering it in sauce just so I could actually swallow it ... customer service is shocking! No one around to help find a high chair, finally found one and it was filthy! So had to go on the hunt again, then my baby spilt his drink all over the table and not one staff member was there to help! Ended up with soggy napkins in a massive pile on our table. Seems very over priced to have to do everything yourself.

Ordered our food tonight at 7.35pm...got 1 part of our starter within 5 mins and we were told I'd not paid for our other starter....even though it was on my receipt! Got that starter 2 mins later.....have just got our mains now...30mins after our starters and watched 5 tables who weren't seated when we ordered get their food before us! Shambles. Complained to the manager who shrugged his shoulders and asked if we wanted anything for the inconvenience. Never again will we come to this branch. I have to add though...the manager was rubbish but Tom S was excellent and apologised and genuinely wanted to help. He should be manager.
