We had a wonderful time here on Saturday 25th March. Our waiter Gary was brilliant, he was so friendly and helpful, & generally made us feel really looked after. We can't praise the staff and food enough. We had loads to eat, a bottle of wine, 2 beers, & and ice cream for £60, only £15 PP.

we've always like Nando's but we love the Harlow Water Gardens Nando's the best. There staff are brilliant.

The guy who seated me and my family could of slow down talking or waited till we was seated as my parents had no clue what he said the women at the tills I forgot her name was very polite she helped my dad understand the sizes of the chicken which was awesome from time we order to then sit back down our food was pretty much at the table which was awesome food was amazing can't complain about it....

The best Nando’s I’ve ever been to, food is excellent and the staff are very customer focused. I don’t eat in any other Nando’s as had to many bad experiences at other Nando’s . Harlow Nando’s is always our first choice when out in town.

Meal would have been ruined by the screaming baby next to us if it wasn’t for the amazing blonde manager in a white tshirt swooping in and giving some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. She was so lovely and understanding, got the staff to bring over a lolly for his teething pain and spent ages chatting with his parents about her own little one. Couldn’t fault the rest of the staff but she was an absolute angel! Thank you for saving our ears!

Lovely evening celebrating a birthday x friendly service from a team rushed off their feet .

Lovely food resulting in happy Adults and children .

Fantastic meal & service!! Food was served quickly, so kids were happy. Thanks so much, really pleasant atmosphere and all staff were friendly, thanks Jon Marc who always goes that’s extra mile to give us excellent customer service. Thanks again to all staff

Great team, who give Fantastic service. The food was excellent. Restaurant is a little small but the staff make up for it.

Good service yesterday. Was really busy but got given an accurate wait time (15 minutes) and then once seated we were served quickly, good food ( recommend the Quinoa salad with chicken) refillable soft drinks, good value. Polite and friendly staff. Will go again

Brilliant team, my daughter couldn't eat her chicken burger as it tasted too spicy for her, but had it the same seasoning as she always has. The lovely member of staff spoke with the kitchen and replaced it for her.

Thank you Nando's! Working in retail, this was my last day off before Christmas with my family and we wanted a day out to treat them. Very much appreciated.

Love Nando’s but my Chicken Caesar Salad was not up to its usual standard- not a fan of dark/ginger lettuce �

The food took 45 minutes to arrive and when it did my corn on the cob was a pitiful sight. Brown and stained at both ends and looked very very dry, all the niblets were deflated and empty. The staff were very good about changing the cob and explained there had been a problem in the kitchen causing a delay, hence a 2 star review, otherwise it would have been 1.

Sat down okay, then went up to order our food and there was a blonde lad at the till, he was very rude and acted like he didn't care about anything, the food took about 30 minutes to arrive, we ordered another side half way through our meal and was told we could pay after for it. But when we finished and went back the blonde lad told us to just forget it since he didn't understand why we wanted to pay. After 5 minutes of explaining he told us to just go...... I will not be coming back to Nando's in Harlow again.

For the first time I was really disappointed with Nandos 2ni �

Chicken was dry over cooked only the sauce made it eatable

This place is diabolical! Everytime we order or eat in something goes wrong. After being offered a complementary meal for messing up our takeaway order last time went back in to eat today. Firstly the cheese I asked for in my wrap wasn't put in which seems to be a regular muck up they make, then as I'm eating my wrap I find mould on it!! The manager lindsey said she is sure is wasn't mould but what else could blue stuff on my wrap be?!! I will definitely not be returning to this nandos again!! It seems as soon as the are a bit busy everything goes wrong

Serving brown limp lettuce in my chicken pitta is not acceptable. I would not serve that up in my home so do not expect that in a restaurant. Spoke to manager who apologised and agreed it should not have been served like this but not offered any form of compensation. Bad customer service Nando’s! �

It was diabolical I went yesterday we move tables and two staff came over to us and said who asked you to sit here I said I move myself because it was not in a great place to sit but I can't see any one to ask to move as they was rushing arounds they tried to intimidate me so was not happy. A woman drop rice over someone's lap and later on she bought another plate out and she dropped the rice all over the floor what a joke. After waited 45 minutes for our dinner to come out we got given our main meal we waited for halloumi cheese to come he said it will be two minutes after eating our main course and finished it still never arrived no one asked if our meal was ok nothing they was asking over people but never come over to us we spoke to manager and he gave us a complimentary meal for us to go back that is not the point it was my first time ever going there very disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Here’s my review. Ordered the butterfly burger and came without a bun, also i it was this blokes first day because he was all over the place and he was cleaning up our table whilst we were still eating. Got a dirty glass too. 10/10 for me
