Very good service lovely food. Was visiting Swindon to see the script lovely young lady rang us a taxi to take us to the show

The staff were so friendly, and the place is so clean - tables cleared and wiped down as soon as customers left. Great food. Will certainly go again.

The food is good, the prices are fair and the staff are exceptional. We have two young (under 5) children, taking them out for something to eat raises certain problems, the staff identify and resolve the issues without any fuss or commotion immediately, nothing is too much to ask. Excellent service.

My husband and I went there for the fist time a week last Saturday and enjoyed it so much we went back last night.the staff and service was great especially Lily very friendly and helpful. We will be back

Me, my husband and our two year old daughter had a lovely stress free meal at Nandos this evening. Mainly due to our friendly and attentive waitress who was so good with our daughter and even helped get some more dinner in her with some playful bribery (offer of a balloon) and a smile no one-not even a toddler-could say 'no' to!! The waitress's name was Lily and she was fab!! She was only 17 but the best waitress we've encountered and we eat out a lot more than we should!! Thanks Lily and Nandos for a lovely meal and superb service. We'll definitely come again.

It was great to be there..l loved it..nice food and best of staff..service was excellent.. There was a long queue and as promised we got the seat much before the time...Great job...

Had a lovely meal with family the other day. Enjoyed the large selection, combination and variations of meals and strengths of sauces available. Service was quick and staff friendly. Prices reasonable. Good central location.

First time at Nandos. Staff were great, very helpful and provided great service. We ordered a platter for two but the portions were small and only one corn on the cob....!! Luckily we don't mind sharing but come on! Also with the kids deal you get a drink OR a dessert!?! We won't go back

Every time I have visited the food has been good. This week a young lady served us and she had an amazing smile like she enjoyed her job which is lovely to see. Will be back soon !

Been to many Nando's across and had different experiences in many of them. I know when I visited the Swindon restaurant yesterday it was not terrifically busy but I had a fab experience! I like Nando's for their simple, no fuss menu and because I am on a low fat diet I know what I am getting when I order Butterly Chicken. I never have chips and always have the Sweet Potato Wedges. Yesterday our lunch was cooked to perfection and the service was great especially from Kate who took our order. Well Done Swindon Nando's...We'll be back!

If you don't mind standing waiting for a table this is the place to go.



Food is prepared fresh so always a nice to have hot delicious food.



Stopped going due to over crowded and feeling rushed.

Can't fault them, very good food, very good service & happy wif meal... Will go back..!! Highly recommend it in Swindon....

As for the food well over priced for pre cooked chicken slapped on a grill then covered in sauce then placed in a bun, served with cheep frozen chips.



This will be my first and last time I visit Nando's. Well unless I'm paying

Just Had a good meal with the family, always nice food, it's a shame we was waiting an hour for our food to be served, I have never waited that long for food at any nandos before, the manager had no excuse for it being late. People who came in after us had there food first and left be for we even got ours!! Ridiculous. Could have gone Bristol and got served food quicker.

First and Last time at Nandos. Swindon staff were friendly. But seriously over priced for chicken & chips!!. Chicken was not cooked to order as arrived almost as soon as we ordered it. Best thing was the sunshine allowing us to sit outside. We won't be returning.

Was very poor the service ,food everything even the toilets was dirty .. never again . Want good chicken and spicy rice in swindon go to roosters peri peri much better food and they deliver

Really poor service at lunchtime today. A queue almost out of the door with one member of staff on the tills.

One member of staff to seat people and serve food. She unfortunately prioritised seating people leaving food under the lights for up to 20 minutes.

My plate was hot. The food was cold. I received my burger (cold) after it had been sat under the lights for ten minutes. Staff offered to reheat when I complained. I had to then wait for the corn and wedges separately. My wedges were cold when they arrived 5 minutes after my main.

My husband had a few pieces of chicken in his wrap after ordering the double- when this was sent back staff just added more salad.



A complete waste of £37.

One of our guest had a headache from the flickering lights above our table, so we asked if we could change tables as there was only a third of the restaurant seated. He told us no at the beginning , so we asked another waiter who was very helpful, and she moved us straight away.

One of the servings of chicken was burnt to a cinder, and dry as a bone. We were told by another member of staff that the breast are always dry and he would exchange them for wings. We said no thanks and called the young lady over and explained, and she said she would exchange them , and did so straight away.

As we regularly eat at your 2 Bristol Nando's ( Cabots square and Cribbs C/ way) and always have had better service , I felt I had to mark down the service to one, but the young lady who helped us get it sorted, deserved a 5 star for being so helpful and was very happy to oblige.
