Went to Nando’s for a meal out on 1st September at cardinal park, greeted by siobhan who was on the door, she was fantastic greeted us with a cheerful smile excellent customer service skills and professional manner, even through it was extremely busy.

Meal was lovely and exactly what we ordered came out hot and did not have to wait too long even though it was busy. Will definitely be returning again

We used to be regular visitors to Nando’s before we had children - then we somehow had two who absolutely hate Nando’s! So we haven’t been in forever, but we were given two gift cards for Nando’s a couple of weeks ago and REALLY wanted to use them. One of our children has special needs and because of this is extremely fussy about food and also can get overwhelmed very quickly in public places. We asked if we could order our food and then nip and get our son his meal from somewhere else that he would 100% eat and bring it in to Nando’s so he could eat it while we ate ours. Not only was this absolutely fine but our son was treated beautifully by everyone in the restaurant. We had the best lunch experience we have had in 4 years thanks to the flexibility and the understanding from the team. Thank you so much!! I will be sure to spread how helpful and accommodating you were to our sons additional needs. Everyone was so friendly and lovely too, and the food was amazing! �

Right to start with I'm not a massive fan of Nandos, I avoid it most of the time but last night I needed half a chicken and some spicy rice with some peri peri chips just a massive scratch that needed itching. Well what can I say I've eaten in at this establishment twice in my memory and had one take away over the last 10 years and never had a bad experience the service was good and the staff friendly, the food was hot and moist just how chicken should be. All in all when I'm in the rare mood that only a Nandos will do this is definitely the one I would head to!

Quickly seated, unfortunately by the door, which customers leaving who couldn't read the very obvious 'push' sign, pulled it the wrong way and left it open and very drafty! However, the excellent and thoughtful staff, kept going shutting it for us. So thoughtful. The staff, service and food, all excellent. Highly recommend! Have been loads and will continue to go there. Got to love a cheeky Nando's. Thank you

Nandos is my favourite restaurant. I love chicken because of the incredible gainz you get from eating it. Most of the time I come here I reach chicken limbo where I don't know what's real life and what is nandos so I'd just like to thank the chickens and the staff for their amazing work. I love you.

My meal today at nandos. I ate some Chicken thighs and it was absolutely amazing, crispy skin, juicy meat,in a swimming pool of extra hot sauce....no words to describe what I felt after....because I am still in pain....from my mouth.

Meals at nandos are always great but it was the staff that made our evening truly great. So attentive to detail and helping us with menu choices. Highly recommend it!

Love there food all ways hot ,and you don't have to be kept waiting for your food good staff and always busy ..

Haven't had a nandos for many years, didn't see what the hype or the cheekiness of it was, but last night after a good jumping session at flux freestyle, McDonald's just wasn't going to cut it, so me and a few friends had a booth and sat down to a table of chicken chips rice and a burger, and wooow the new burger on the menu was top notch, just what I needed, customer service was excellent and very friendly, will be more nandos trips in the future

Friendly staff, always attentive to your needs and staff always giving ideas on how to spice up your nandos and add new things too your meal. Couldn't ask for a better service as regulars always greeted with a smile and see appreciated for the custom �

What a pleasure it always l is coming into this place.

Food is always spot on, fresh and tasty! The service is always great, staff always seem happy and friendly and on the ball! Management are amazing, always seem to be making sure things are running smooth and customers are looked after! Special mention to Tony, who goes the extra mile to make many returning customers, NOT just myself, extremely welcome! I know a lot of people appreciate feeling a bit more special with his little touches on the service!

Have also used the app and takeaway service too, and again that has always been amazing!

As always another lush nandos experience and I had enough points to get 3 free chicken wings which is keeps a heavily pregnant hungry woman happy � Nandos is always one of my favourite places to go with friends. I do wish the staff waited on you rather than keep having to go and get refills etc but that's not their fault that's just the way you run it I know.

Andrea the trainee waitress, who is not a trainee, but is in fact Scottish, should be praised greatly. Andrea’s customer service skills were second to none. Very welcoming!



Andrea, you will go far if you put the same amount of effort into life as you do working for Nando’s. You are an inspiration and a role model for other Nando’s servers. What ever you go on to do just remember the very sad man who ate on his own believes in you.

Always awesome food, we were in a bit of a rush and told we had a 15 min wait to be seated but it was a lot quicker than thank and great quick service, food was spot on!

Was a bit hectic and felt it too. But the staff were friendly and the food was nice so not really complaining. Partly down to the fact I'd not been before so didn't know I had to get my own cutlery etc. No one told us when we ordered. Oh and beer was warm which was a shame.

Had organised a friend's surprise party. Had taken some banners etc down for the day. Were told there was no room to keep the balloons, fair enough. When we got there the table was not set up. It completely ruined the whole surprise of the party. We even had to ask for the banners etc back to put up ourselves. When our group has a celebration we always used to go to Nando's. Well there are other restaurants who can cater for 20 people so we will be frequenting them from now on. 3* was for the food. Certainly not for the service. The staff were not bothered our table was not set up and there was no apology. You've lost some regular customers here.

Great quality food and a really good atmosphere however some things could be changed to improve service and impression. I think orders should be taken from the table not the counter. No cutlery or sauces brought to the table we had to find those ourselves. Also staff having there break in the restuarant should a mess room not be provided surely those staff would prefer to eat and break in private? Burgers and drinks were great quality but very expensive for the quantity you get in comparison to other places ive been the plate was quite small.

Customer service was good, chicken coating was tasty but the actual chicken was a bit dry, that's the third time I've been there over the years and the chicken has been dry every time

Thought I would give it a second chance , still not impressed , paid a fair bit of many for chic pitta and mash , the mash is in a small dish and it is Half a pitta bread with a small bit of chicken, major tip off, the ice machine wasn't working and the whole area was a mess
