We visited on the opening day and was amazed to see so many people came to visit, the staff and manager did a great job, they came and apologized for delay and offered as hummus and pitta bread to start with. So pleased to have Nandos in North Swindon.

Had lunch there today with my wife and two kids aged 3 & 4. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. The food was also excellent and cooked to perfection. Mine and my wife's were lovely and hot and the kids were just the right temperature for them also. Didn't have to wait too long either. Have been to several other Nando's over the years and this one is just as good as the others if not better. The only reason I can think of for the couple of negative reviews I've read on here is maybe they were having an off day or maybe we just happened to go when they were having a good day. We will definitely be going to this restaurant again.

Had an invitation to visit today so came along with my son, food was Spot On and staff was very efficient & even offered to re-fill our drinks for us. Lovely store & very modern & fresh. Emma stood out for us and was amazing when it come to customer service, thank you x

We visited the restaurant on the opening night. We waited almost an hour for our food to arrive and had to mention this to the manager. Once our food did come out, the chips were cold however the way the staff and manager dealt with what I will call teething problems, was great! Considering it has clearly been a very busy opening night for them, it was obvious that everyone was working together as a team and supporting each other. Thank you to the team and manager! Wishing you all the best for the rest of your opening week!

The food took 50 minutes to come out when I questioned it at the half hour mark I was told oh it’s a 45 minute wait I explained I wasn’t made aware and the staff member said well that’s the hosts job not ours on till! This answer is not the answer I expect I would expect the team to work as a team not as individuals.....the food when it arrived for some reason was what can only be described as buttery/oily! Once we received our food no one came to check everything was ok, in fact the only time I was communicated with by the team was when i instigated the conversation! I’m completely appalled at the service I received whilst on a visit I will defiantly be avoiding this branch of Nando’s in the future!

Great friendly staff but subpar food I'm afraid, I have visited a few Nando's and have never been motivated to right a negative review only positive ones until now, but today (15/08/2018) has changed that.



I ordered a chicken burger and my wife ordered the same but no sauce, when they arrived the burger without Mayo had obviously had it on and then scrapped off which did not look particularly appetising.



The second burger looked ok but the tomatoe still had its green stalk attached, it also was the off cut in such away that only two thirds remained. The burger roll was slightly stale with a though chewy texture. I would have complained but the staff but they looked rushed off their feet.



I understand that it's a new restaurant but attention to detail goes a long way.
