Came in for a meal with my family at the weekend, great service and really nice food, would recommend !

After waiting over 25mins to be served in cafe rouge, we got up and left and you guys saved the day, as it was getting late for the kids, good service and food all round😀

A fantastic restaurant and the service was very good and the food was delicous. I'd like to go there again.

The food was all very nice and well presented staff was all friendly would go back

I don't know if the heating was broke or they don't have any but I went in for chicken and I nearly left with frostbite, being able to see your breath in the air 20 minutes after you've got in and 'warmed up' isn't great.

Heating aside the staff were pleasant and the food was exactly what you expect and was nice and hot.

Good food, pleasant staff. But so cold in there. Had to keep my jacket on.

The food was okay but the service was absolutely terrible



We phoned up and made a booking for eight people including a young child that needed a high chair, when we arrived there was no table ready for us and the table that they put us on was two tables of four with no child facilities



Because this was for a birthday party we asked them also on the phone if they could put balloons on the table which they agreed but when we arrived there was no balloons either



We gave them my birthday cake for them to serve for us after desert but they couldn't even get this right and we had to ask many times but it still didn't get served, in the end we asked for the cake back and left



The food was nice and hot and well cooked, the desert was too small and overpriced but most importantly the service was shameful for a chain like this.



I certainly won't bother going there again

Sunday night about 8-30 pm is not a good time to go ! chicken was dry ,sauce was tasteless all the staff had their eyes on the door hopping to get out ASAP except one young boy who was very good the rest didn't seem to want to know

Service was good, food nice but so cold in there it made the whole experience unenjoyable - keep the front door shut and the heat in.

How the mighty have fallen, we've been a Nando's fan for a long time. We've collected more red chillies than you can wave a stick at. Sadly visited tonight 17th May 2015, and whilst the food was still nice, it took much longer than usual, even though it was half empty. It was like sitting in side a dirty rubbish tip, it really needs to be closed down for two months for a referb, it's hard to believe that in such a short time a restaurant could get SO dirty, I don't think the tables (especially the sides) have been cleaned properly since it opened. The whole place needs to be scrubbed and then scrubbed again, very poor Nando's!

So bloody cold!! The fact that I ordered bread and humus and the bread was warmer than the restaurant not the best I've been to at all

Service was good up until we were served stone cold chicken.Wont bother wasting my time going back.Should of gone straight to Wimpy.

Ordered takeaway food was awful no garlic bread in order sweet potato wedges went straight in bin shocking
