A heads up for all you chicken fans. Due to our Christmas party we will be closing at 7pm today. Open tomorrow as normal.

Food was decent and served quickly. Staff seemed disinterested though. One spent most of the time whinging about something to another member of staff. Not exactly appropriate when you're stood behind the till in front of a queue of customers!

Decent enough, however made a takeaway order for 1/4 chicken breast was instead given 1/4 chicken leg. Still tasty but not what I'd ordered! Could've been worse I suppose, they could have mixed up my chips with one of those awful superfood vomit-fests.

Service management was diabolical, but they were friendly at least

I went there for take away. 5 chicken wings combination . Small order.

First i had to wait more thn 10min in the queue because just one cashier did serve .

Than I waited 20 min for my take away . There was no member of staff who would be checking take away. All of them ignored people siting on the sofas who were waiting for take away .

After 20 min a walked through the shop to the counter where dishes are prepared . Pack of my wings were sitting there . The coordinator needed to put only chips and coleslaw inside the bag and that's it. But the coordinator concentrated on "eat in" more. The girl from the floor came to me with the question if everything is ok . I said it looks like my take away is sitting here. She looked around , didn't see ready bag so reacted "no it's not sitting here" . I said I'm waiting 20min. She took some plates with food and walked away.

Another girl came and helped me. She walked behind the counter (she was from the floor as well) and put everything together for me. She apologised

In my opinion very poor service !!

Takes forever to get your food! I'm currently sitting here waiting for my food; have been waiting 45 mins. Don't bother with this branch.

Still sat here for 20 mins waiting to make a phone order... gonna go elephant instead
