Attention PERi PERi fans! Due to an earlier water supply issue we are opening today at 11:30am rather than our advertised 11:00am - apologies for any inconvenience cause.

We were on a family/ friend day out, called in for dinner before heading on a two hour journey home. There were 11 of us, we were seated with no fuss, staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was great, but what Impressed me most is that nothing was to much trouble for the staff and that is a huge plus in my eyes.

Really great service and food today-staff managed to accommodate 10 of us at very short notice and were so understanding about my autistic son. We were made to feel very welcome and as this was our first big family meal we were nervous!! Thank you! �

Popped in for lunch after busy christmas shopping so wanted quick food . Well we were very happy with the food and was nice and hot .Staff were very helpful and smooth service .

My hubby & I were pleased to see this 'new to us' Nandos at lunchtime yesterday! I have to say the customer service was wonderful from the moment we stepped through the door. I am coeliac so have to seek advice & guidance at all eating establishments.This was by far the best experience I have had 'eating out'! Well done guys you are providing a great, friendly & welcoming service...managed by the best :D I am a firm believer in lead by example...& the manager was a fine example to his team. Ty all *****+ all the way!

Very nice place only issue I had is I found a hair in my chicken and put me off but they felt with it really well and professionally and apologised and gave me a full refund other than that loved the atmosphere and service was great

Staff really friendly, food a little pricey for what you actually get. The food was nice, but I have had a lot better. However, I had to wait ages for my order (nearly 40mins), so I wasn't impressed at all by that!

Fine apart from broken blind which meant we were half blinded by the sun and the table was extremely sticky with old food/drink.

What is the point of Nandos? If I knew you had to queue I would have gone to KFC (on second thoughts I would have stayed at home).

Terrible service. Me and my girlfriend went to your restaurant for a meal. We get in there and we're told its at least a 25 minute wait. We then think takeaway will be quicker so we order our meal to go. We then sit there and watch about 20 people get tables in under 10 minutes. After (I'm already fuming!) 25 minutes later we're brought an order which is completely incorrect. We then wait another 10 minutes for the correct order to be put together/cooked! Then once our order finally arrives after about 50 minutes I ask for extra peri peri salt and a few pots of sauce to which an employee (the one that put together the wrong order and took ages doing it) seems f*cking amazed proceeds to get 3 pots out and asks me to fill them myself, are you joking? I hope you can do something about this as it's terrible service and with they experience I never want to go back. Our order number was 475 and we were served by Josh.

Mmm well we came here for our daughters birthday dinner Friday night & shortly after sitting down we saw/heard the staff singing happy birthday to someone so thought that'd be nice so when we ordered our food we asked for the happy birthday thing and bought a cake for her. After dinner we went and asked the same member of staff for the cake/sing thing. Ten minutes passed. Then a member of staff who was cleaning the tables nearby walked over and told us the cake would be over soon. Thanks for ruining the surprise mate! Another ten minutes passed by. We asked again for the cake. 5 minutes late the chap came over with the cake and plonked in in front of our daughter and walked away. 😡 happy birthday darling. What a let down. I did speak to the manager and he was apologetic. Not much help really. Food ok. Place messy though food on floor and I slipped on someone's discarded chicken bone.

Kids got their food 15 mins before adults. One piece of chicken was raw and was sent back. These problems occur, but there was no campassion or a hint of an apology from staff or management. Disappointed.
