Went last night for a 50th birthday meal. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing and they even carried the cake in for us! I love that they have vegetarian variety too, which is awesome. The portabello & halloumi pitta was very tasty �

The staff was polite and the food was amazing as usual.

The nicest Nandos I ever had. Not only was the food exceptional but the survive was with a big smile. Full belly and two happy kids. I'm just visiting unfortunately, but I will be back. :-)

Great atmosphere, love the semi-outside bit you guys have. Went there today with my 1 and a half year old and SO we had a great time and really enjoyed the food. Also liked your page for a chance to win that hamper *fingers crossed *

Everything was correct. The food was just right. The staff were polite and looked after my family and I well. The restaurant is clean so no complaints from us. Keep doing your thing guys.

Can only comment at a non busy time late afternoon lunch. Clean pleasent decor. Food portions were plentiful. Food delivered very quickly. Helpful staff. Would go again.

If I was judging the quality of the food alone this would have been a 5 as it was delicious. The problem is how I was treated. I put in an order online which cost nearly £60. I was told to collect it at 8.55PM. I arrived around that time and checked the order with the young woman at the counter who then gave me the PeriPeri Nuts and Sauce and asked me to wait. When it got to 9.15PM and I had watched various people walk in off the street, put in new orders and walk away with food while I was still sitting patiently, I decided to question why my food was taking so long. At first the young woman I spoke to claimed I had not told them I had arrived when I came in (which proves they don't even start cooking until you arrive at the so-called collection time) but I immediately disproved her claim by showing her the sauce and nuts I'd been given. It then became clear they had not even started preparing my food which was already 20 minutes late. Eventually, at 9.25PM, I received my food. I asked the young woman to go through the items to confirm there was nothing missing which she did. However when we got home we discovered we had not been given the garlic bread that we'd paid for so as well as being half an hour late, trying to claim I hadn't registered the order and then having to admit I had and not being particularly helpful or polite in the process, they still managed to short-change me after I'd spent nearly £60. If this is what Nandos Lewisham consider to be good service you have a long long way to go. It appears from the attitude I was given that there is some resentment against 'net orders' as you call them. Well don't offer the service if that's how you feel. And if there is a next time, which seems unlikely after this experience, you can give me a free garlic bread. Hope you take notice but as I am just one of thousands, I won't hold my breath.
