Not the best in the chain. Tables are far too close together. Staff polite enough.

Was shocked at how unclean the whole place was, had to sort through the cutlery to find clean ones, went to the toilet when I arrived to find, toilets blocked, tissues everywhere all over the floor, sanitary bins over flowing all over the floor, told a member of staff to be told they had been cleaned 20mins ago, NO WAY!!! Went back a hour and 15mins later and it was exactly the same!!! Told the manager and he said the same, cleaned 20mins ago, when told him I went in over a hour ago and it was the same, he didn’t really take much notice. Table that close together you feel like your sitting on top of everyone, worse Nando’s I’ve ever been to!!!

The pay first eat after regime doesn’t really go down well with me.

One of the starters arrived after the main course and one of the main courses had a side dish missing.

Chicken was pretty plain and boring no doubt down to the kitchen being under too much pressure and they also had people cooking without appropriate aprons or jackets.

A table clearer even tried to take my plate before I had even finished eating.

Run by second rate amateurs.

I will be curious to eat in another Nando’s to find out whether this particular one is rubbish or the whole concept.
