Went to Nandos yet again. My butterfly chicken was cooked to perfection by the excellent chef as always. My partner had half a chicken a salad and chips. It was so good he ordered the same as a take away as we left for laters. Staff always friendly especially guy who usually cooks for us. He was on a long shift 8am to 11 pm but was always cheery and chatty.

We have visited many times and always enjoyed our meal, came in today as my son treated me and met the Manager who went out of his way to accommodate, I asked for something which wasn't on the menu and he kindly arranged it and it was a delicious wrap! . All the staff are lovely. 5 stars all the way. Would highly recommend.

Visited Nando's in Yate yesterday to celebrate my Daughters exam results the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and well presented and exceptionally good Value for money.

Infact it was that nice we are going back again tonight �

Very good staff..polite and friendly...food was superb..my lads plate of chips ordered after the main order went in took a while to arrive so manager very aplologetic and gave us free frozen yoghurts...which on a very hot day were very welcome...10/10

This was my third visit to the Yate nandos.. Everything always been fab... Food nice and hot ( not in a spicy way :-D ) .. friendly helpful staff....nice decor.. Great atmosphere.. Will definitely be going back :-)

Such lovely staff, ordered a burger to pick up but lost card and they still let me have it. Thank you very much. Defo recommend !!

Some Nando’s are too crammed in for my liking! Yate Nando’s however is spaced out well, friendly staff and the food is always good! ��

My 1st visit to a nandos it was very busy and the staff where still pleasant and helpful, especially emerald , a smile that beamed from ear to ear . The food was hot and excellent and the choice of spice strength a great option as I’m a total wuss and hates spicy 🌶. Will definitely visit again also love the fact that if following weight watchers there’s so much choice to have ... well done , will visit again soon .

Love nandos. Never a bad munch. What bugs me is when the staff ask you how your meal is . By this point your stuffing your face and have to awnser with a full mouth or nod.

I work for the National Autistic Society and was with a group of autistic children and young people. Once a month we go out in the community.



Staff at the till were very patient with us ordering. We try to promote independence and support our young people to order themselves, which can sometimes take a little bit longer. At no point did I feel like we were being viewed as an annoyance, which can sometimes happen.



As several children ordered a nearly identical meal from the kid's menu, I accidentally gave one child the wrong chicken (plain, when he wanted it a bit spicy) when the food arrived. I didn't realise the mistake straightaway and when the other chicken arrived this child got quite upset, as he suddenly realised the issue but it was too late for us to swap as he'd started eating. I went to ask the manager if I could purchase some more chicken from the kid's menu, explaining the situation, and she kindly and promptly gave us new chicken free of charge, which was extremely appreciated and helped us avoid a meltdown as this child's anxiety was raising quite rapidly - which could have led to a disastrous experience for him.



All staff were absolutely lovely and helpful throughout, thank you so much for making this an enjoyable experience for our group!

Fast service and great food

Been there so many times since it has opened, safe to say if your looking for good chicken at a reasonable price go there, this place never fails me.

I was never a nandos fan until I went here and I'm not sure why the staff are great the food brilliantly cooked and good service only small thing I wish there was more drinks on tap and not all bottles but like I said just a small thing see you soon

Booked two tables for daughters birthday on Friday......bit of a cock up initially as reservation was in their diary for Saturday night.....however all panned out OK in the end and fab evening had with yummy food and great service.....

Bank holiday Monday and everyone had the same idea, let's eat out for lunch. On the plus side we didn't have to wait long and the food was delicious as it always is. Also we can all enjoy the food, plenty of choice even for my daughter who is a vegetarian!

Unfortunately there was a error and my 4 year old daughter got given the hottest chicken they serve instead of the mild one! My daughter was really good as another child may of screamed the place down as I would of probably done myself if I was given that! The staff were very apologetic but when I went and asked if she could have the mango flavoured ice cream instead of the vanilla one I had paid for i was told I would have to pay a extra £3! Considering my daughters mouth was still burning I think giving her the flavoured ice cream could of just been given and a token of good will! I was actually quite shocked at this I’m sure many other parents would of gone crazy!

Terrible service. Went to get fresh drinks and while we were away from their table, they cleared it and took my daughters drink away, even though our coats were still at three table. Then got questioned by then manager whether we had ordered food. Portions are tiny for the amount they cost. £4.20 for a tiny slice of cheesecake and a dribble of cream was a rip off. And to be asked 3 times within 2 minutes of our food arriving if it was OK and if we needed anything was a bit over their top. Especially as the waitresses that asked us weren't even then ones serving us. Not impressed at all.

For the second time in a row there has been a mess up with the orders, we waited 15 minutes for my sister to get her meal whilst ours still came out and had finished by the time her meal at come, not impressed and very annoying.

The waitress had no idea about service. The order was wrong twice. An absolutely awful eating experience, I would definitely not recommend Nando’s Yate. The manger didn’t really seem to care, maybe this was why the place was very quiet.
