Tres bon resto

The staff were lovely. I ordered a wrap and didn’t realise it came with yogurt. When it arrived I explained that I was sorry but I don’t eat dairy, the manager Joshua immediately made me a whole new meal. Thank you

Lovely, unique and still so simple. Good tasting food, nice atmosphere and greate service!

It's Nando's... but if you like hot in SA, take extra hot in Uk... same level.

It was really good. I kwas staying in London for few nughts and Nando was one of the best.

I was very drunk, but I ate the food it stayed down so bonus!!!

Had a very nice meal with colleagues here and the staff were friendly and attentive. Happy to get my own cutlery and drinks which involved minimal effort.. Will definitely return for another meal when I am working in the area again.. Thanks

É uma rede grande de restaurantes e frequento com alguma frequencia com amigos e familia, o staff sâo simpaticos amigos a comida e boa e tem vinho só marca portuguesa muito bom que amo Cara Viva ..

e cerveja portuguesa Sagres , tem refrigerantes água e tem sempre música, é bom para passar momentos agradaveis num lugar agradavel .

Lovely staff, clean toilets, and the chicken was moist. Mmm moist.

Food was good, felt a bit rushed as had barely started starters when main course came out and the drinks were warm. Staff friendliness was also hit and miss. Have eaten there before and it was a better experience.

You get to go and order at the counter. You get to go and fetch your own drinks. You get to fetch your cutlery. You also get to go and pick up your own condiments. Luckily, you also get to pay a 5% service charge. Luckily someone else cooks to food which was decent as I reckon I could of messed that up.

Visited this Nando's after a work with my team Sunday 9th, after a long late shift we all knew a good Nando's meal would deliver! The food delivererd as always, all veggies so had the beanie wraps which were lovely but the service however didn't delivery. I also left a shopping bag in the restaurant by accident and called when they opened today and they said they hadn't seen anything. As leaving I saw the waiter immdiently clear our table so not sure how the large bag wasn't spotted.

Since I moved to Pimlico, I visit Nando's in Wilton Road almost everyday. Arrived there today with my son and husband and was denied to have a sit in a six seats table because they "have lots of families coming on Sundays". I would perfectly understand if there's bigger families awaiting and if it wasn't almost 3:00PM. There's no table for three available. There's lots of tables for four being occupied by couples and a party of three occuping a table for five... I asked to talk to the manager believing that she'd be helpful. I was completely mistaken though. She simply reinforced what the other employee said before about "families" and when I said that that's a pitty because they'd be losing a loyal customer she looked back with a facial expression that basicaly said "who gives a shit", and verbally said: "Bye". Well, of course I'm never coming back. I'm quite happy right now eating in the nearby Giraffe ;)

Got served food with animal products in after double checking with the waitress it was all vegan. None of my family and I will come here again. However the manager (female with long black hair) dealt with it really well.

Went there yesterday after seeing wicked

Got my order wrong three times,made me feel guilty for sending it bk

I feel the staff need some customer relations skills.

Rolling eyes at me and making me feel very uncomfortable for complaining..
