We had a birthday meal here last night. The waiter noticed the birthday cake in my bag and said he would sort everything out which he did right on cue. Thank you!!

The service as very promt- meal s very good

Piping hot (what a meal should be) never been there before defiantly call in again highly recommend. X

Lovely staff and very clean restaurant. Always have very good food here and the wait is always so short which is excellent. Go team Crayford!!

Great restaurant and the food is always spot on.

They looked after our table of 9 and the food pretty much come out at the same time.

The guys couldn't do enough for us.

Awesome! I love Nando's and Crayford is one of the best ones! The only 'complaint (ish)' is that it can get very busy at the weekends which means you sometimes have to wait a little while because everyone wants a bit of the best chicken in the area! guess they're victims of there own success!

We were asked to wait 30 minutes so came back and were promptly seated. Unfortunately our table was by the door which had a draft with it keep opening and we asked if we could move, we were told that there was only larger tables available but within 10 minutes they offered us another table that had become available 😊 Only downside was the salted brownies were all gone and the nata being really burnt

Visit every time we visit family in Crayford ... and it is always a treat. Service is good and quality of food consistently high. However, despite having an itemized order there is always something for which we have to wait for! Have not yet sat in!

Crayford branch. Saturday 14th Jan around 14.30

On arrival we were entered into waiting list and told 20 wait approx.

Were allocated table after the 20 minutes wait and once i place order our meal arrived very quick. Till staff and host very polite and food cooked to perfection. Cannot fault this branch of Nandos. Thanks for a great experience

We were asked to wait 30 mins for a table, once eventually seated we qued to order our food only to be told that the hot wings and boneless thighs would take another 30 mins to cook as they had run out. If I hadn't waited so long for a seat I would have gone home. But once we actually got our food it was very enjoyable.....

Fast service and polite staff and helpful

Usually go to bluewater but thought we would give crayford a try won't be doing that again.Sat on a table right by the door that was constantly held open by the queue when there was other tables away from the cold available when I asked Mr clipboard on the door he said no I have to have some management.didnt have much of that I witnessed two tables sat at by people without asking him .The only thing that was good was the food service wasn't.

Another poor experience...I still not quite got the Nandos thing yet but i went with my son and 3 year old grandson who wanted Nandos ..Ive been to this restaurant before but on this occasion i can say the service was poor cant work out why we were crammed onto a small table but then i see a couple sitting at a table that could of seated 6 there were no forks had to ask twice if they had any before any materalised very disappointed you have mot sold me on the Nandos experience yet ....Poor service.

Went to Nando's in Crayford today with my mum daughter in law and granddaughter had the fino coleslaw chicken and sweet potato wedges I started feeding me 2 year old granddaughter some of my coleslaw then I had some in the mouthful I had I found a STONE not very happy to say the least but they did give me a refund but will not be having Nando's for a while...

Ordered 2 meals yesterday for take away and it took ages to come. Asked prior ordering how long would it take and was been told 15 mins from ordering. Went in around 9.45pm and it was quiet and placed the order straight away. Few people came in after me ordered for take away and received the order and went. After 30 minutes waiting I went and asked the staff who were just chatting to each other. Checked and said you ordered boneless thighs they take long and weren’t you told. I said no,I was not told by the cashier. If I was told I have to wait over 30 mins, I wouldn’t have ordered as I have a little one waiting to go to bed at that time of the night and that was the whole reason I asked how long it would take prior placing the order.

Boneless thighs is what we always order and they do not take over 30 mins when you dine in so I wonder what makes them cook for longer when you take out and I know I had just been lied for the sake of getting rid. Nearly after 45 mins I was finally given what I had ordered. Oh!! What an awful experience.

Kind of grey hair / wire wool shit fused to the bun...

Literally just ordered a takeaway from this branch and it was dreadful!



The food was completely over cooked, and most of it was cold!



Half of the children's meal was missing and 2 of sides!



Then on top of that we were given items that we didn't order!



Massively disappointed with the meal, if it wasn't for the fact we had a hungry 3 year old waiting for his dinner we would have taken the whole order back and complained!



Will never be ordering a nandos takeaway again.

Food okish, but service was poor, especially by the meeter and greeter, thought she was sucking Lemons. Restaurant was empty, asked for a comfortable chaired booth, as an older customer, had a bad back.

Was told “No!”

Had to wait ages for our teas, then Nuts arrived Soggy,

Nothing worse than soggy nuts, at least they were replaced quickly with an apology.

Restaurant stayed half empty all the time we were there, and other couples were given a booth!

Meeter and greeter remained surly throughout.

So an unpleasant experience, not received by any other Nando’s we have visited
