Well done Nando's. Their excellent staff gave table service to an elderly couple in Preston town centre yesterday. The wife shed a tear and told the server that he'd made her cry.

Was my 1st time in nando's yesterday with my husband. Polite and friendly staff. Food came quickly. Staff checked everything was ok with food. Will definitely be returning

Restaurant was packed, got seated straight away. About 20 minutes until food arrived and it was excellent as always.

Love Nando's very tasty food always hot and fresh and the kids love it too

First time at the one in Preston very good service although it wasn't that busy but the staff ,friendly and pleasant excellent will go back there

Went to Nandos yesterday and it was great! They were reasonably busy for half four on a Saturday afternoon and the service was superb. We both got the butterfly chicken for mains and it was cooked beautifully. We really enjoyed it. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they were so quick we still had our starters when our mains arrived.

Visited as usual the Preston city centre branch. Go here every month when visiting my son who’s at UCLAN. Always served with a smile and the service is well staff meaning you don’t have much of a wait. My son and I were in again yesterday and it was very busy, and yet the wait for food was still decent.

All in all this a better example of a Nando’s restaurant.

Not impressed not go again chicken cooked but favouring nothing special only good thing is you buy 1 drink and refill again and again

Went on 14th may, waited 40 minutes for cold wrap and lukewarm rice and fries. Usually good not this time.

Went in the Preston nando,s was very disappointed with the chicken ordered 1/4 of chicken and out came the smallest chicken leg with hardly any meat on was not worth the 7.95 i paid.

Went in last night with my friend. We waited 40minutes for a salad and half a chicken. People that came in after us were served before we were. However, the manager did apologise and offered us a free meal next time we go in which is why I've given it 2 stars instead of 1. Very disappointed though.

Walked in and waited to be seated. And waited....and waited.... So I walked to the counter to ask if I should seat myself. She advised she needs to clean the table. I got to the table and the booth seats hadn't been wiped down with bits of food and grease on them. We were served our sharing platter with no spare plates so off i went to get some. There weren't enough plates so i asked the same woman who seated us for more. She told me she needs to serve tables first....i actually didn't mind but it's the look she gave me like I had inconvenienced her by asking for something. She was quite miserable but then again I don't blame her....she looked like the only one working....

The chips arrived cold (which was rectified) the chicken was not great quality: very little meat mainly bones. We didn’t feel it was value for money compared with other restaurants

Overcharged for a side and not refunded and sweet potato wedges Luke warm and rubbery, sent back and reheated 😬 Reluctant to go back now

Went in with my girlfriend and placed our orders, waited over 30 minutes and I went up to ask was there a problem, we were told the order was mixed up and that it was a takeaway order even though the receipt said sit in. We were then told the food will be made fresh right away. The food was not freshly cooked, it was cold and the garlic bread was stale. Worst nandos I have been too.

Well, first bad experience in a Nando's! Was in your Preston store, waited precisely 54 minutes before food was brought out, the order was for 6 people, so not huge! If the order can't be handled it shouldn't be accepted! Few items missing from individual orders, i.e. Coleslaw, peri salt, chips and garlic bread. Extra sides were offered as way of keeping peace perhaps? But obviously we had already ordered what we wanted.
