Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice young man and escorted to a table of our choosing. Our order was taken at the bar by another very helpful young lad and took no time at all to arrive at our table. The food was gorgeous, piping hot, a real treat. Thankyou Nando's.

My friend and I had lunch yesterday we both enjoyed our meals we go out most weeks on a Tuesday or a Wednesday and it was the best meal we have had in a very long time highly recomended 10*

Me and my other half just popped in for a bit of lunch and the food and service was fantastic, the place was spotless and the food was pipping hot, we will definitely be going again and will recommend to our friends

Friendly service and quick food today as not too busy eating out of lunch hours ...meal was lovely and got some vouchers to return- thanks Ben...

i loved the food, but it wasnt good sitting down to eat with loads of people queuing up around you as very busy!! shame there isnt a seperate bar area where you could wait in and have a drink

We booked a table for 5 and arrived on time and were shown straight away to our table. I ordered the fresco special and it was delicious as was all of the food, no complaints at all.

Took my husband for the 1st time, we both had the double chicken burger, medium, was really hot and tasty, we both had 2 extra combination, chips/cob, chips/garlic bread

The staff were very friendly and helpful, quick to take our order

Only thing I would like to see improved, would be the seating to be kept clear of crumbs, we ate at 12

It was tasty. There is one very rude waitress there, not sure of her name, she had an odour of bacon bites, and a look on her face that would make Donald Trump silent. But still the chicken was succulent and delicious, i enjoyed the chips, also the rice. Thank you.

Always love a nandos - I had to wait a little longer than expected for my meal - was annoying as I could see it on the counter ready for service for at least 5 minutes whilst people who'd been behind me at the tills were tucking in to their meals !! When I complained I'd already drank my 2 beers they replaced them !!! ��always wins me round - top service ��

The food was ok, a bit tasteless. I tried the peri salted chips and they weren't fantastic, it was just sprinkled on one section of the chips and the rest were plain. Staff were friendly but took their time to bring sauces we asked for because they were too busy talking to each other (it wasn't busy at all!) I think the menu could do with an upgrade because you don't get a lot of choices, even if it is just chicken!

Turned up at 3.30pm on Sunday 2nd October. The outside tables were absolutely covered with half empty plates, dirty glasses and food all over the floor which my youngest daughter slipped on. The waitress we had was pleasant enough but while handing the menus to us was leaning right over us with dirty unwashed hair. Food was ok, but I just think it is like posh KFC and just over priced for what it is. We wanted a second lot of drinks half way through the meal and so had to stand for 15 mins in the queue again and so then my food was stone cold when I got back to the table. Why cant you just serve drinks without having to get into the food queue again? I don't really think that Nando's is very good value for money.

We've just collected our take away order and I'm disgusted.

Firstly, the Quinoa salad I ordered was missing the feta cheese. And the toppings consisted of 4 pieces of cucumber, one piece of sweet potato and 2 chunks of avocado. Also the container it came in was busted open and split.

Secondly, the sweet potato wedges were an absolute joke. Completely inedible and embarrassing! (Photo attached)

Totally stunned by the arrogance and ignorance of the staff there! Normally it's pretty good. They moaned because we requested a booth and it required cleaning, may I add it was very quiet so couldn't understand why there were so many dirty tables and why our request was such a hardship. Then they got two out of four or out meals wrong and then cocked up our sauce requests!! There were no apologies just a load of huffing and eye rolling! Never again!

Chicken was awful no taste whats so ever, tasted very bland and cheap. My daughter had a wrap which was disgusting. I would rather buy a chicken and cook it myself ......... was a treat for my daughter but she didnt enjoy it at all ���� will not be returning

Messed up my order, which wouldn't have been an issue if the waitress (Raluca) wasn't rude about having to correct their mistake. Once the order was returned it was again wrong as they hadn't added the cheese i'd asked for at the till. On returning the food the second time a different waitress had asked if I had definitely ordered what I said, even though I eat at Nando's with my girlfriend very regularly and have never ordered the food they bought, so unlikely it was my mistake. Upon receipt of the correct order after 2 attempts I was informed by the waitress that the manager had requested she find my order on the till to see if I had in fact paid for the cheese I said I'd ordered. if you think someone who's willing to pay over £30 for 2 meals is going to try and rip you off for a piece of 60p burger cheese then you need to get real.

For one reason or another I never enjoy visiting this Nando’s... I’ve never had good food here, it’s always burnt or just not cooked. The service is typically awful with rude staff and poor waiting times. And lastly the restaurant is usually dirty.



I went last night with a friend to introduce her to Nando’s for the first time, firstly I’ll point out that a member of staff had taken some extra time to talk her through some of the options and help her work out what she would enjoy. They didn’t need to do that, especially when it was moderately busy - credit where credit is due this member of staff created the first time I’ve seen good service here.

Thinking things had improved we go to order, the queues and wait time was typically slow. The food came out relatively quickly - small portions of substandard quality chicken which were charred. I had chips and corn with mine - the corn was burnt side down when it came out but was so dry (even with butter) I didn’t eat more than one bite (I couldn’t even get the pegs in the side which makes me wonder just how fresh it was), the small portion of chips on the other hand was soggy and hard. I didn’t bother saying anything because we were rushing before a film next door.



In short - always a poor experience here which is a sharp contrast to the one in town which is always good. Go there instead 👍

Food pretty average.Service appalling.1 waiteress in particular very rude,shame I didn't catch her name.Really short in manor and appearance,could really do with having some customer service/face smiling training?Just gutted I didn't go to pizza express next door,where I'm sure it wouldn't be such a big deal to sit on an "unreserved" and "available" table outside.

Food is just cheap fryed food that taste of nothing. The portions are tiny! The food is dripping in fat! If you like food that is expensive but cheap fat fried rubbish this is the place for you. I had to leave my food it was that bad!

Been before and was ok, this time my friend was over on holiday with her kids with special needs, we booked a table for 6 people and we got told an hour a half, we where going to be 15 minutes late rang and they said it would be ok, ordered food and settled kids had not finished and they told us we had to leave at 6.30 and started to lift food off the table that the kids hadn’t finished, then staff/manger said she would give us and extra 15 minute which was fine but she stood at the table the whole time arguing that we should only have an hour and a half, this was going too far as it unsettled the kids, we went to a relaxing evening we where left very stress and didn’t get to finish our meal
