White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, rich carrot cake and crispy delicious Natas... This weekend, hit the sweet spot in style!

We’re at the Aintree restaurant 01/10/17 never been before waited about ten minutes for a table, my daughter and I just wanted to spend some time together. Not sure I liked the way you have to go to the bar to order I was under the impression it was waitress service but no. But anyway good way lovely we had the no bone sharing platter very tasty indeed. Will definitely go again maybe with the rest of the family 💕💕💕

Went there yesterday for our anniversary would like to give a mention to a waitress called Susan I think she was Scottish she was great came to check how our meal was notices my husband's glass was empty and offered to refill while we were eating such a lovely touch

Staff member (think her name was Jordan?) went above and beyond when my little boy decided cry all the way through our meal. Really made an effort to cheer him up and was so friendly. It's this kind of thing that separate franchises and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

It was amazing. I'm love food and stuff where kind and great.

I just want to say thank you to the staff at Nando's Aintree. I visited alone with my one year old son and they were very kind in offering all the help I needed. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff.

First ever visit to Nando’s. An enjoyable experience, the service was good and the food tasty and well cooked. Well worth another visit.

Busier than I expected as it was a Thursday night however the staff were great and the food was lovely and they had lactose free ice cream for my daughter. Bonus!

As always great food and excellent friendly staffing. Busy as you would expect on a Friday near Christmas. However, food was lovely and we had a nice evening.

The food was really delicious as it normally is, the only issue that I have is that the two times I have been the waiting times that we had to sit through have been really excessive. On our second visit we sat for 40 minutes plus waiting whilst people who arrived well after us had been served their meals and had nearly finished before we even got ours, and you then don't even get an apology.

Can't complain about Nando's can ye! Although I got a butterfly burger spiced HOT and it came with frigin mayo on it! It doesn't say anywhere on the menu that they put mayo on them and being a fussy bugger I don't like mayo and basically had to scrap the bread and the chicken and take the lettuce off � Was proper disappointed! But other than that, it was quick service and everything else was lovely!

The food was extremely tasty and staff friendly ...the staff behind the counter were very efficient getting the order ready but unfortunately there wasnt enough servers and I watch our food sitting on the counter whilst later arrivals got there food first....I made someone aware and the food was brought promptly...

I would still visit again. ..top food .

Started off ok, didn't wait long for a table. Ordered a white wine n soda, when drinks came they said we don't do soda!!! I ask you what bar doesn't do soda!! Would hav changed my order, why didn't they tell my husband when he ordered the drinks! Only one child mean and had to ask fie my daughters milk after she'd eaten most of her meal. Almost finished our meal before anyone asked where we ok!! Great customer service that was!!! ☹️

Experience started with waiting for tables when there were quite a few tables empty just needed clearing... staff too busy talking to each other. Then EVERY toilet in the place was filthy, toilet roll everywhere, disabled toilet that I took my daughter into had dirty nappies piled everywhere.... menu makes the food sound far more filling that it is, I've never seen such bare plates with a lack of presentation! Then to top if off I realised we had been charged wrongly so had to go and question that before we left (turns out the lass that explained everything to us explained wrongly). Won't be going back in a hurry if at all. Truely disappointed.

Went here in March and had to wait ages for a table though loads of empty tables in restaurant.



At end of meal decided to get deserts as pregnant niece fancied cheesecake to be told that on a Saturday afternoon there was 1 slice of carrot cake and no other deserts available. Didn't want to share 1 slice of carrot cake between 3 so left it at that.



Gave feedback on Nando's feedback to not heard anything.



Won't be visiting this Nando's again as worse one I've ever been to.

Visited Nandos Aintree this afternoon around 15.30. I never complain about anywhere but there was a girl serving food on plates (Jordan I believe her name was when I asked another staff member) who was blatantly eating chips as she served them on the plates. Looked horrible. She also sneezed and didn't wash her hands and continued to eat the chips. She made no attempt to hide what she was doing as we made eye contact a couple of times so she knew I'd seen her. Will never visit again �

The food expesive for the little amount you get , it was over cooked and dry ,customer service there was none of it ...its all about the amount that goes in the till sod customer contact ..are nandos affraid to listen to customers points of view in any way

So unhappy... ordered take away and asked for specific order. Clarified 3 times with 2 different people as my receipt wasn’t as I asked. Got all the way home to find my pitta was completely wrong. Money wasted!!

Constantly have problems with this particular restaurant. We used to order Nando's for take out quite often. Considering this is the closest one to us we don't bother so much anymore. It's nothing like the quality of the Nando's restaurants in the city. The food or service.
