Went to.the new Nandos last night , with one of my son's! What a lovely welcoming place, very friendly and helpful staff , excellent food, will definitely e returning!!.

Visited yesterday and the food was well tasty.

Got the chance to try the new vusa sauce and it may well have been hotter than the xx hot! Lips were tingling for ages :)

Our Server Melanie was Lovely and the food was Lovely too.

My first time at Nando's, really enjoyed the food. The table was a bit sticky, could have done with a better clean, otherwise, nice food, good value.

Love the new Nandos on the Cambridge Retail Park. Very well managed, friendly and helpful staff who go out their way to help and make your dining experience great and a great atmosphere. This will definitely be my new regular Nandos!

Just visited this nandos branch and I can safely say it's one of the best meals I've ever had. The food was perfect and every single member of staff was more than helpful and very friendly. Would totally recommend

Great food and lovely staff really welcoming. It's a few doors down from my work so you'll be seeing us on a regular basis for lunch 😊

Best Nando's in Cambridge, so roomy and bright . Excellent service and excellent food. Always have the same chicken salad with avocado and sweet potato, at this Nando's it was so much nicer , presentation excellent, will be using this Nando's only now. Highly recommend 😘

Yesterday was ok. Good was good and lots of it and good service considering they were so busy. Friendly helpful staff. Back in July was a different story tho. But we liked it🖒

The food was delicious.our table was very sticky. Needed a very good clean.

It's great here.Visited at lunchtime.The staff were welcoming to my 5 year old. Sadly the only downside was the the men sat behind us using the F word loudly & constantly having no awareness for the fact children were there. Otherwise it would have been 5/5.

I love the chicken but I’m not so keen on the Millennials

who use a cubicle for a stand up slash when there’s spare urinals. I’m not going to look at your small penis it’s fine.

First time at this location as always the food was great so no complaints there. Sadly it was the front end staff that let it down. When we arrived was not greeted with a hello was just "two of you" then shown to our table and he walked off. Now the lady I had with me had never been to nandos and at no point did I say to the host I had but he failed to ask if we had been before so for someone who had never been wouldn't realise it's not a waiter service that you had to go and order yourself, we was not told where the condiments/cutlery or drinks machine was located so not at all helpful. It was 1pm so still classed as the lunch rush we ended up queuing 15 mins has there was only one person running the till and serving drinks and sweet/savoury snacks not very good during a lunch rush. Saying that great food that came out quickly so thumbs up to the kitchen staff :-)

Terrible service customers left waiting for food when told 20 mins and food arrives 35mins party of 13 not acceptable . Manager and one of his staff cuddling in full view of customers. Second time I have wrote a bad review feeling I won't be returning for a third time . Pity because the food is very nice .

I hadn't been to Nando's in 5 years and so when I heard there was a new one in Cambridge retail park I chose to go there for my birthday. The chap at the door didn't say hello he just led us to a table. He wasn't welcoming. The food was meh.... not the Nando's I know. And the chap who showed us to our table took my plate away when I wasn't finished! I was too stunned to say anything..... wee bit disappointed 😔 this isn't the Nando's I know and love

6 of us had a meal here the diet cake ran out the ice machine ran out poorly layed out with not enough space. Meal was delivered in 2 parts main meal then the side dishes. Really didn't enjoy the dining experience at all.

We ordered food at the same time, only 2 if us got our food. The other 2 were forgotten (including my daughter who needed to eat to be able to take her medication) we then had to wait for the food to be cooked whilst the other 2 members of our party had finished eating. We were offered free frozen yoghurt as compensation, which none of us wanted, and we needed to leave as we had been there twice as long as we wanted to. Really put us off going back

Waiting over 45 minutes for food, no communication. Food sat under heat lamps for 30+ minutes whilst staff walk around trying to look busy to avoid answering questions about why no-one is actually serving the food...
